Had problem with the 'Synch3' infotainment system on my Ford Ecosport, this was checked diagnosed and repaired by Arden and all the firmware updated on the system. It was easy to book suitable appointments on the phone. The phone and reception staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. The fix was completed in a short time, only real waiting time was for the repair part to arrive from Ford and the delivery of that was not unreasonable. Great experience with Arden - my thanks to all who work there.

On 22nd I booked car in for two problems to be repaired under warranty. Car was returned by Arden Garages unrepaired with no explanation. Since then, promised to phone back three times but, 5 days later, still waiting.

One year later, still waiting!
We booked a test drive at Arden Garages of a Focus just to get the feel of it. We got ignored at the reception so decided to look at cars in the lobby until the person we booked the drive with noticed us. He did not introduce himself or bother asking any questions whatsoever. We went straight in the car and drove around town. The salesman would sit in the back quietly, not willing to say anything about the car unless specifically asked. We got an impression that he just wanted to finish work and go home asap. Nobody tried to tell us about their product range, offers, discounts or to sell anything whatsoever. I understand that Ford might not be a particularly premium brand but I think that it's image really suffers from such poor customer service. I quite liked the car but I'm not convinced that this is the place I'd want to spend any money at.

I bought a new car from Arden Garage. I found the sales service was second to none, both professional and extremely helpful. This continued when I used the service department. I will defiantly use them again.
Reference to a 2 yr old car which should have been covered under warranty, instead claimed as subjected to a minor accident before I bought the car it was not covered under warranty even though that had no direct effect in my opinion. Currently disputing their claim with Ford.
