We bought a 7 year old car from Arena cars last December for around £7500. It came with a 1 month warrantee. They did mention that we could purchase longer warrantee but then said "actually you probably wouldn't want to drive the car all the way here and that you can get warrantee from other places". I drove the car for a week then went on a 2 week holiday and a few days after I returned the car started having problems. We were a few days out of warrantee. I called Arena Cars but they said sorry you're not covered, We ended up spending £2000 on the car fixing it. We are now having problems with it again only a couple of months after getting it fixed. The car keeps breaking down. It spent more time in the garage than on the road.

Hi There, I’m sorry you’ve had a problem with your vehicle, if you’d like to call us on 01252-323244 we will always look to help a customer out. With regards to our warranties we offer a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty whichever comes soonest, we also heavily subsidise Autoguard warranties which are available 6 or 12 months. With that warranty we would of mentioned it can be used nationwide, So if you’re not local to our dealership you can use it at a repairer nearer to home. Again sorry you’ve had a problem but please get in touch and we’ll try our best to restore happiness to owning the car.

I had a very similar problem that cost me £1200. Tony was very aggressive with me when I came down to Arena. According to them, every other dealer and mechanic is a liar if it means they made any kind of mistake. I asked Tony for a copy of the security footage of our meeting. He told me no but never gave a reason as to why. I am currently looking into legal action.
We were driving about looking for a new car when we came upon Arena Cars at Ash Vale. From the moment of arriving, we were put at ease and made welcome. After looking at several vehicles, we settled on a Ford Fiesta Titanium, and having discussed it with Tony and Angela, we were given a great deal in part-ex on our old car. When we arrived to pick up the new car, paperwork and all transfer details were quickly and easily sorted, even the road tax was done for us - couldn't ask for a better service, and far more personal than the main dealers, who treat you like a number, not a person

As soon as we turned up at Arena Cars for our test drive we were welcomed straightaway and I was put at ease about test driving the car .... absolutely loved the car and was rang within a few days to say my car was ready to pick up ... the pick up was really smooth and everything I asked was answered and I was even shown what everything in the car did ...... fantastic service from start to finish would definitely recommend using arena cars to anyone.

The car was absolutely immaculate, the dealership did everything they said they would. 10 out of 10 for good value. The staff took the time to listen, talk to me, rather than at me, the took my concerns into consideration. The customer service was brilliant, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I certainly recommend using Arena Cars Ltd.

They are nice people at Arena Cars. They did everything that I needed and asked of them. More importantly what they said they would do they actually kept their promise and did it. The car is running very well right now and its been a few months that I have had it so nothing on the negative to report.

Hi There, Firstly thank you for your business, in regards to the trade descriptions act mentioned on your invoice we have to legally have it on there. Because we don’t own the used cars we sell all from new and monitor mileage up to the point of sale to you therefore we can’t say it’s genuine. However we do all checks that are available to us, we only buy cars with low previous owners, service history, we check the previous recorded mileages on the mot history recorded by the dvla and also hpi check all vehicles making sure they are all free of mileage descrepancys. The people working at the dealership were nice and approachable and any questions I had were all resolved. The car had not been valeted which is a bit of a shame they were going to do it but I would have had to wait longer but overall I would recommend Arena Cars as my experience was good
