Hi I’m a customer the fake names used real areena motor co and owner is Khalid from Birmingham I found address and got my money back.
I bought a car from Arena Motor Company, when picking it up it broke down 10 miles from his garage he refuse to come and collect the car, my breakdown cover pick me up and took it back to his garage i was left stranded in Manchester all night as i live in Nottingham, it was Midnight when the break down had reached me i never saw the car again, this man thought he was entitled to keep my 3 grand and the car it has taken me a year and a half to get my money back from this low life. he thought he could hide and return my letters back by taking him to court, finally they caught up with him. Please do not buy a car from this man, he will never tell you the truth EVER. I do hope you read your reviews as i would like to say one word to you Wassem Cowker (Kramer) your full of false promises, i do hope others reading this forum get their money back from you. The Sheriffs are coming and boy did they come for him, they did an amazing job.

Interesting they have changed their name on autotrader to m4 motors ......was this because arena had such a bad name autotrader refused to accept their adverts?....still using arena motors for you in March? If anyone sends sheriffs in again please let me know I'd love to go and watch. Once these guys get your money they are not interested.

Does anybody have a contact number for Arena Motor Company as I sold them a car and I am receiving letters of fines and everything... I can't afford to pay these fines as now I am on very low income and these fines I am not negligent too.

Please please give them a call on +44 7931 091339 they are trading as M4 Motors and I have a smile at incidents with them where by I purchased a Mercedes Benz s320cdi and trading my old bmw 328i and they offered me such low value for my car and took 2,625 off me for the s class and I have ended up with so much repair work bills the car is not worth the amount they charged me
Now trading under M4-Motors. Awful service. Refusing to return a deposit as I would not buy a car that was not clean and had the indicator light on. Guys a deposit is non-comittal if it's just a holding deposit and not a purchase deposit. Be wary of Abdul.

Trading standards really need to get involved with Arena Motor Company. All smiles and grins from them but as soon as you leave that forecourt that's it! Please please please avoid this company!
These guys are not trustworthy. My son bought a car for over £2000 2days later company had changed name....conveniently. son had many problems with car. Eventually spoke to ANOTHHER GUY who apparently had nothing to do with other business...he bought car back for £500....what a cheek....especially when he gave a cheque which bounced anyway..please STAY AWAY from these..How can companies keep getting away with ripping people off then changing their name???? If anyone can help with addresses or numbers of trading standards that would be much appreciated.

Rate and review Google reviews Not Happy Not Happy 3 weeks ago Arena Motor Company, Manchester Budget Cars, 1st Choice motors and others I know doubt I would like to give a massive word of warning for this father and son con artist duo, they will promise you the earth and deliver nothing, they say they give “Genuine Warranties” but what that means in their eyes is “Thanks for the money and you are history”. I would suggest buying from a private owner as it has the same come back as this dynamic duo, pay by credit card if you want to take a dangerous gamble and take the surcharge for protection, but I would suggest drive on by, put your foot on the gas and don’t look in the rear view mirror. I could give you my tale of woe, but it is long and I am fed up telling it, but I hope this will suffice as an enormous alarm bell moment for everyone. Speaking the truth would be lethal for this garage, they wouldn’t know how to begin and I hope that a similar episode happens to them as what around comes about in life.
I assumed they were trustworthy, how wrong was I, first of all the car I bought had no log book so I immediately asked to cancel the transaction and refund, to which I was told not possible as they don't have the card required to do it, then spent half and hour persuading me this is normal practice even though I showed them DVLA website advice not to buy a vehicle without a log book. Then the problems started, engine light was on they said it's nothing to worry about drove it at high speeds for a short while it went away, and was reassured I have a 6 months warranty so not to worry. Yeah right, their warranty doesn't cover anything that goes wrong, so it's basically useless. Long story short they car was put through an MOT with numerous faults which would have caused it to fail elsewhere, and there were problems with the engine which were masked by running the engine when I asked to view the car initially. Cost nearly a £1000 to repair they did however sort some of the problems out which I have to say is quite surprising considering all the people who have had no help whatsoever, I did try to claim the money back via bank but they told them a false story and the claim was unsuccessful. Now currently pursuing a claim through small claims court and reported to trading standards.

Bought car recently but the dealer did not want to know that I was not happy with it. The car has a lot of expense which the dealer refuses to sort out. I have been in touch with consumer advice centre but this was a waste of time as they cannot persue my rights for me. Court action is the only way and this is costly with no guarantees as the dealer has changed hands may times. Does anybody have the dealers full name, if so can you please tell us. How many people have taken action against this garage??
