As a female calling up a parts department- to say I was made feel an equal and assisted would be an understatement. First off I had purchased my Mercedes C class from a dealer in another location- not an Arnold Clarke Showroom- where quite frankly I would not have purchased as much as a further model car from. I wanted rubber mats, mudflaps and a boot liner but was due to travel back to Northern Ireland on the Saturday. I rang Gary on the Wednesday(after 3pm) and explained the situation. From the offset Gary had a very positive and a 'Can Do' attitude. The parts where not in stock and I knew that from past experiences there would normally be a 2/3 working days lead time. However, Gary was not only able to have the parts in Aberdeen the following Day- He was also able to have them sent to Dundee Mercedes for the Friday Afternoon. When Gary told me that this was going to be possible I must admit- I didn't think in the timeframe he would be able to deliver. True to his word-they were delivered and I got a phone call just after lunch on the Friday to say the had arrived in Dundee. . Following on from this- I arrived home in Northern Ireland and the EML came on. I knew that from the experience I had with the Dealers I purchased the car from- I couldn't be bothered with the laborious task which would in-turn allow them to sort this- would have been too stressful and frankly no money would have paid me to speak again to them. After having my car plugged into a computer I got the fault code. I rang Gary as he had previously advised me that even though I lived in NI he would be able to order and have shipped to Mercedes in Belfast/Portadown any parts that were needed in the future. Told Gary the fault code and he immediately sorted me out with the part that will be needed. Just waiting now on my mechanic giving me a date for fixing and the part shall hopefully be on its way across the North Sea. All in all a very pleasant and stress free experience due Gary's nature and attitude. Incidentally I was enquiring after keyrings and Gary forwarded me 4/5 pages of the range... I was expecting a link but again Gary went the extra mile. Well done Gary and thank you. I look forward to dealing with you in the future- mind you not for parts I hope and merely servicing items :-) Will definitely be suggesting to my friends that have Mercedes to do the same and will certainly not be going past this dealership when I change my car next. Overall, very poor performance. My car was in for a replacement Nox sensor (a common and expensive problem with Mercedes apparently) and I got told to come in at 1600 to collect. I arrived at 1550, being prompt, and waited for an hour before being sent away in a returned, yet to be valeted courtesy car, as a software update couldn't be completed. I told the staff that I had to get my son to work by 1700 and he ended up getting a formal warning due late arrival. Clearer communication on my arrival would have stopped this, rather than being told it'll be 5 minutes. I finally got a phone call after 1800 but couldn't get back in time to collect. Next day I collect the car and whilst cleaning my wheels noticed a valve cap on my tyre missing. Mercedes had seen a recall on my tyres and replaced all 4 during the visit (this was a positive from them). However, when phoning the garage a matter of hours later to ask for someone to check the workshop or a replacement to be provided I got told nobody could help me as service was shut. I was asking for my valve cap to be returned or replaced, not an oil change! A small and somewhat insignificant issue (it's only a valve cap!) but at this point it was the principal of it having had such a bad experience.
I attended Mercedes Benz Aberdeen with one of our family cars to have it serviced the welcome that was afforded me as usual was second to none Alana who was working on front desk made sure that I was pointed in the right direction where I was introduced to Sharon MacKenzie who was overseeing my vehicles service program Sharon was very helpful in keeping me informed and up to date with my vehicles progress through the workshop. The Mechanics who worked on our vehicle made an excellent job Our car was washed and dried and Sharon made sure that everything was okay showing me to the vehicle and taking the time to check the vehicle was cleaned to my satisfaction Well done to the team at MB Aberdeen 100 per cent service

We bought a GLA 200 D yesterday and we were very impressed with the sales rep. Bradley Meldrum, who looked after us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. A very enjoyable experience all round.
I would never recommend Arnold Clark Mercedes-Benz Aberdeen.Had issue with Nox sensor first.Aberdeen Mercedes benz charge me £500 for it. Later by part number found that part was recall and should cost me nothing, Mercedes-Benz ignored. Now have problem with second Nox sensor, refusing provide an old part number, still charged for there £156 investigation,and tryed to charge £662 for there faulty Nox again. Scammers...

My car (ML250) is currently in with Arnold Clark Aberdeen as it went in to limp home mode due to the Nox sensor. Just so happened there was a safety recall on the Nox sensor. Anyway, the car has been with them for over a month now and I'm left car-less as they have no courtesy cars and refuse to make any available. They're an absolute shambles!
Left the car for recall work on AC came back with broken light and they didn't take any responsibility. Replaced it myself, came back to program it, got quoted 1hr labour and was supposed to be waiting appointment, upon arrival they told me it will take 2.5 hrs and going be over £400 and said car would be ready next day. Never buy mercedes again!
