I have had bad experiences with them before but when I was looking for an Alfa Romeo I went to them first as the closest dealer. They were awful. The dealership was closed so I phoned. They didn't have a salesman but would call me back. They didn't. I contacted Alfa Romeo to arrange a test drive. They contacted Arnold Clark. Still nothing. Finally I managed to get hold of someone who told me they don't have demonstrators. I'm not buying a car I haven't driven so I looked further afield and got what I wanted, for a good price, from a good Alfa Dealer. When the battery failed I called Alfa Romeo who sent out a breakdown man who junp started the car and confirmed the battery was faulty. Alfa Romeo told me to take it to their approved service centre. "Do I have to? There's a Kwik Fit and a Halfords right next to my flat." No, you have to go to Arnold Clark. I drove there, the recovery man followed me to make sure I made it. A very nice man at the service centre reception explained to me that they would add my car to the queue of breakdowns. They would check the battery and let me know the problem but that would be around two to three weeks. TWO WEEKS?!? I went back to my car to see if it would start, id id, I drove it to a garage next two my flat. They tested the electrics, replaced the battery, and got it back to me in a little over 2 hours.

Arnold Clark are only interested in sales and not customer services. Once they’ve got your money, their not interested on providing customer care when something goes wrong, Don’t answer calls or emails and will book cars in after warranty period so they can charge you for the costs of the faulty car they sold to you. If you get quotes for services, make sure you get a second opinion because you will also be over charged at AC and there is no guarantee they’ll fix any problem. This is normal according to all the other unsatisfied customers across the UK. They cover up this bad business ethos by buying all the advertising they can find and donating to charities, meanwhile customers are struggling to get their problems resolved!

I am really happy with my Citroen C4 form Arnold Clark in Aberdeen. I have had the car for a while now. It still runs perfectly and I have had no issues with it at all. The value for money is great and all of the staff were very knowledgeable. Really good service.

I visited Arnold Clarke Aberdeen in April to buy a Kia Carens. The sales team were really nice and the whole thing was an easy process. The car was a reasonable price and the car was in brilliant condition. Very nice and clean. I would recommend this dealership.

To sum up the sale everything did go well, the customer service was really good, my husband went to see the car and the dealership sent me some videos so I could also see it. The after sales could be a more efficient, the car was meant to come with a second key and it took them a long time to get it out to me and unfortunately it doesn't work as it isn't linked to my car so I'm just waiting on Arnold Clark to see how it can be solved. Overall I am happy with the service and the car is running very well.

Since I bought my car a month or so ago I have been awaiting something they promised they would send me. Not only this but also I called them and told them the battery was low and needed sorting but there has been no word from them since. Purely based on their after sales care would not recommend them this specific Arnold Clark dealership in Aberdeen.

I thought that this place provided excellent service. I can't complain about it at all, from start to finish I was very well looked after and for that I would recommend to others and I too would return to Arnold Clark when I look for another car.

When leaving forecourt with my new car - management light came on on dashboard, car wasn't clean inside, went straight back to be told service was incomplete and car shouldn't have been driven away. There was no offer of courtesy car to tide me over till my car was ready. They never remind you in time that NOT is due so normally they can't take car in before MOT expires and charge hefty hourly rate and £12 per day for courtesy car and expect you to top up petrol on top of this fee. I definitely won't be dealing with them again as there is no after care whatsoever.
