Awful service. Branch manager rude and obnoxious, salesman taking 0 accountability for their error. Did not settle previous finance agreement for over 3 weeks despite having the car. 0 accountability or acceptance of their error, no process for complaints to be dealt with in regards to service - yet when you leave they beg for you to score them 10/10 of a feedback survey.

great service from arnold clark vauxhall alloa to get the car.had an issue with a seat squeeking.not major but slightly annoying.took it in and didn't get to service desk.was told after a bit of banter to wd40 it myself and keep up with slimmingworld. was a bit of a laugh but issue still there.nobody seemed to care.diet going well though.lol.

Car had to go in for a service at Arnold Clark Alloa. They took off my new Bosch windscreen wipers and replaced with cheap non brand ones. Car was also returned with a scratch on the wing and wrong oil which was overfilled. I asked for my wipers back but they had been binned (wipers not covered by warranty so i think that is why they were replaced) dealer also said the car was scratched when it arrived.

When I purchased my car I dealt with Stephen and I thought he was great. I found him to be very efficient and helpful throughout my entire buy. One small thing is that I felt like car mats should have been provided with a new car, apart from that I am a happy customer of this Arnold Clark dealership in Alloa.
