Bought peugeot 2008 diesel car at prestwick Ford took it back with smell of fumes in cabin of car gave me wrong information of cause took another team at arnold clark to find the problem they now have it back to repair it last time I will not buy from this branch again
Do not buy from Arnold Clark Ayr this is 2016 tyre's they put on our 2017 car this is the 4th issue we have had with them tyre's didn't look like this when we bought car.😡 Don't want anyone else conned by these crooks. Clutch went after 10 days car back after 6 weeks and many phone calls They broke starter motor whist in getting fixed Got car back had for 2 days coolant warning light on coolant was leaking as hadn't been installed right luckily never got into engine car back after 2 weeks Tyre's losing pressure this is the reason see photos

Car booked in for Repair . They new what was to be done but did not have the parts ordered in . Can never get anyone to answer the phone and if you do they are not the most helpful and never call back . Very Disappointing service to date
Bought a diesel car from Arnold Clark Ford in Ayr with low mileage, asked about the DPF as had concerns with such a low mileage. Was assured that there is no issues and they wouldn't have sold the car if so. Now out of warranty and low and behold there is a long standing issue with the DPF despite doing 300 miles a week on motorways, the kind of driving to ensure there are no issues with DPF. Nothing but liars!
The after sales service is the worst I've ever come across, They Left my daughter stranded on the Isle Of Man over Christmas and New year due to idol promises and Total incompidance, She actualy recieved someone elses car key..They never return phone calls when promise to or solve any issues unless nagged and nagged. The customer complaint department isn't any better, I'm sick of e-mailing them and getting no reply, They are just totally ignorant and obviously dont know how to do there jobs, I would recommend that everyone stay well away from Arnold Clark dealerships
My only minor issue is that they could have done a better valet but other than that they have been perfect. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and not pushy and the car was a very good price. I would definitely recommend.
