Reserved a car after paying the deposit and had an appointment to go to showroom and they sold it to someone else, no notification or phone call I phoned on the off chance to make sure it was okay before I made my journey, couldn’t care only wanted to do a deal on another car

Popped in just for a look. No sales pressure or sales patter. I was left to browse the cars at my leisure. I decided to speak to the consultant James Morris about a car. He was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I am now the proud owner of my new vehicle. Would not hesitate in the future about going back to Arnold Clark for my next car.

Reserved a car with them, they then cancelled my reservation and told me it had already been sold and the advert was a mistake. They then relisted it at a higher value and put it back on sale. No attempt to make amends.
