Have had two cars within the last 12 months, first car had to get sent back to Mercedes who had it for 6 months to get repaired after Arnold Clark said there was nothing wrong with it, swapped it for a Tiguan which then had a problem with the clutch within the 6 months of having it, gave it back to them to fixed they have replaced the clutch, slave cylinder and the clutch it still faulty they have had it in 5 times and still the same but the service manger hasn’t got a clue and the branch manager didn’t care about it, just want your money then blank you. Can’t fault the salesman I dealt with.

Another illegal park from Arnold Clark. Lochaber Road used as a dumping ground for old Arnold Clark stock. Rusting Dacia parked now for two weeks after being parked illegally for three months during first lockdown. Shocking neighbour's.

Bought my car from this Arnold Clark branch in Bearsden in September and can’t fault them, genuine nice guys, no hassle from them when I was looking at car. After care service was also great, cant thank them enough, special thanks to Gary who made my purchase a great and pleasant purchase 👍🏻 5 star service 😀

I am really happy with my Honda Civic from Arnold Clark! It runs perfectly, I have had no issues with it at all up to now and I have had it since the end of January. The staff were fantastic, really knowledgeable and happy to help in any way and The value for money is perfect. I would very highly recommend Arnold Clark Dearsden to anyone!

After buying several cars from this branch both my wife and my own views have not changed. The sales staff are very friendly and courteous, but they are also very professional when you finally sit down in front of the paperwork. They are also tuned in to whatever question you may ask, not matter how trivial. They do not pressure or hound you when browsing, if you require some advice they prefer YOU to seek them out. After sales service is very good. Both personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. When they say your car should be collected they are always on time, and they telephone you before any little thing is attended to which keeps you up to date with progress. My wife and I do not see us going anywhere else when changing our cars, and we both think the Bearsden showroom does not need the big fancy building that other dealers have. Please keep the friendly atmosphere going.
The sales people are very pleasant and the car was clean and in good condition but unfortunately the car has been in and out of the garage for repairs for a couple of weeks now. Unfortunately, based on this experience I would not recommended this dealership.

Arnold Clark were helpful and the vehicle was exactly what i wanted i had an issue with the car but is now running ok. To sum it all up they were half decent to deal with.
