Absolute joke. Paid £99 deposit 4 days before travelling 200 miles to collect a car. Car was labelled ready to drive but when I got there all 4 tires were fully perished and illegal and both front brakes were perished. Absolutely disgusted and left empty handed. 400 mile round trip wasted.

Got a car december 15 Dacia jogger. On the 26 it broke. Came up engine fault then shut off and wouldnt start. Rac attended told me dodgy fuel pump and flywheel code. I then broke down on the 30th rac advised me take it to dealers when they re open after new year. After it bein ther a week or soo they rang Nd said my car was fixed yet they carried out no work. Well it dont take a genius clearly with no work carried out ther still would be a problem they told me i have to keep the car above a quarter tank of fuel at all times. I then collected and filled car. For it to brake down 24 hours later. It then got recovered via rac to them they then txt me sayin software update be done wednesday. I then piked my car up monday at 2 by 8:43 the veichle had shut off again same error codes same faults. After telling them they said its not our problem we only sell you the car !!!!! How rude im disabled and had 5 kids in the car under the age 7 They have refused courtesy car even tho my car has bin recoverd to them buy rac under ther warranty..
My car has inefecti a recall its a known issue with jogger Wich is the ecu doesnt always cumunicate with the fuel pump so every naw and then the car either cuts out well driving or doesnt start when i try to start my car was purchased dec 15 2023 on the 26 dec its broke on new year it was deemed non drivable . I was then told to claim Of myself for a hire car. Yet they dont have the software to update the car till the update the car is non fit for road use. Its is awfull what they have done left me No car for weeks on end and im disabled with a couple Of kids so i rely on car to get me a to b . Never will i advise or buy agin from dacia. /renult !!!!

I bought my renault kadjar from Arnold Clark Amy Johnson way last March the car is brilliant I have covered 5k in a year. In the first 60 day's of warranty it needed new brake pads Arnold Clark replaced the discs and pads. Also the engine under tray was missing they order one which had to come from France. All i can say about Arnold Clark is we'll done. and the salesman Graham was very professional and very helpful. I will get another car from this car dealership in the future
Brand new van with 15 year old satnav. They would not update. I have to use my phone up and down the country. My trade in tax I had to pay cash ? I never received from DVLA like they said ???

in jan 21 i decided to buy a car. my first car for over 30 years. it was lockdown time. i bought a dacia sandero. unbelievably cheap. everything was explained in simple language and the salesman was so professional . collected the car a few days later and it was better than i could have imagined. i love the car so much i have a new automatic on order. i am sure the bad reviews on here are not making it up but i have found all the staff at the amy johnson way branch the nicest, friendliest, most professional and helpful people. i won't go anywhere else.

AVOID at all costs . This was my first time buying a car ,Leon made the whole experience very stressful . The car was nothing like promised at all the guy in the video said the condition inside was perfect which was complete bullshit , the damages that where supposed be fixed on the car weren't and I was told by Leon that I had to paint the damages on my own and that he apparently didn't know about the damages inside . The worst experience I ever had and Leon was the absolute worst sale man possible even raised his voice at me at one of the conversations over the phone , discussing behaviour. Will definitely not be coming back .

They sold me a car at the show room with breaks that we defected and then expected me to pay more money after they sold me the car with defective breaks which I didn’t know obviously I went to a different garage manager couldn’t be bothered they’re at office couldn’t be bothered all they’re interested in is your money not your 50 think safety first
We were very happy with our sales experience, highly recommend Steven. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
We bought a 10 month old car and the first service was included. Although the service book was stamped the service wasn’t done. They argued at first but eventually conceded that any videos they had were inconclusive. I have therefore had the service done again. They are supposed to be reimbursing me this cost but are not paying. They are liars led by an ineffectual or indifferent service manager. You would be throwing money away and risking your lives if you took out a service plan if our experience is anything to go on. We have no complaints about the sales department, they did their job. It is the service department that is woefully bad. Had I not checked we would be riding round in an unserviced car which would jeopardise any claim against the manufacturer for faults.
