Bought a car and 2mth in aircon went. Paid for a new compressor but in less than a year it has been back 4 times as it doesn't work. They keep topping it up with coolant and saying they don't know where the fault is despite admitting that it doesn't work. Now back in and they want over £300 again for new aircon. They do not car once they have your money. Please please do not use this garage.
Well bit of a sad day handing our Fiesta ST back! But from day 1 3 years ago we’ve had fantastic service from the sales, service and Abby handing it back! Nothing too much trouble for the branch and the staff have been brilliant! Even after the handback the manager wished us all well and hoped to see us again and wished my wife a happy retirement! Top service from top people! If your after a Ford call here 1st!!
