After two videos about the condition of the car from the product genius (Matt) I decided to to purchase the car (I payed a £99 deposit to hold the car for me, refundable if I wasn't happy with the car) so I drove up to Clydebank from Northumberland. When I got there the car was very poor and not how it was described to me. I was dealing with a salesman called Allan McLuckie. When I told him I did not want the car because of the poor condition he didn't seem to Happy! I told him I would like my deposit refunded he said yes no problem. I still haven't received my deposit and feel I am being ignored as I have emailed the salesman on a couple of occasions with no reply. Terrible service.

The car has been perfect which is a rare thing to say about used cars. They're a good gang of lads down at this Arnold Clark dealership in Clydebank, hard to pick on any specific part it was just a great all round service. I recommend anyone to go down and take a look and buy a Ford like I bought.

I have to say for car dealers this was very good and i will tell you why. As soon as i went down i was looked, i found the car i wanted and was just waiting for my finance to go through. All of the way along i didnt need to call to check up on anything, they called me to see how finance was going, to say car was ready, what time etc...where as i read other reviews on garages where people have to chase the garage With all that said i give this a massive thumbs up
