I recently had my car serviced, underwent MOT testing, and had warranty work done at Arnold Clark Cumbernauld KIA, and I must say, the service was exceptional from start to finish. Not only was the work completed efficiently and to a high standard, but I was also provided with a courtesy car, which made the whole process incredibly convenient for me. I'd like to give a special mention to Niall for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of smoothly and kept me informed every step of the way. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about providing the best experience for his customers. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Arnold Clark Cumbernauld KIA. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs or Sales, their Sales team are also excellent. Great service bringing the car to my door but I had such a nightmare with them paying my car off. After nearly 3 weeks of constant phone calls, emails and going to head office it finally got paid, The salesman said it was paid well before it had been. Funny thing is Brian (Manager) had said I wouldn’t let you drive away in your car purchased if I hadn’t received payment for it. Pot calling the kettle black? I think so... as I was left with my old car still on finance as well as new one. In my eyes they would have been hoping to sell the car before settling the finance. Dodgy. I’v never had this issue with Arnold Clark at Seafield Rd, Edinburgh.

REGISTRATION NUMBER DF13 AGV I would give this dealership minus stars if I could. Seem to be issuing dodgy MOT certificates for not fit for purpose cars. We purchased a car from them in January 2020 and after having it for a couple of months noticed it was using a lot of oil. Asked the local garage to check for an oil leak and there’s nothing whatsoever but the car is burning through the oil outputting blue smoke from the exhaust. So we looked into the MOT history further and the car failed it’s MOT on exhaust emissions in December 2019 and then passed a day later with 1 extra mile on the clock. I then asked the local MOT station to do an emissions test on the car and these are the results: Fast idle test CO Limit <= 0.2% Actual result 1.07% Fail Lambda Limit 0.97 - 1.03 Actual result 0.97 Fail Second Fast idle test CO Limit <= 0.2% Actual result 1.11% Fail Lambda Limit 0.97 - 1.03 Actual result 0.97 Fail Even when Arnold Clark were presented with an independent inspection report and the evidence above they just wanted to settle the remaining finance and not return any of the money paid in the last 11 months. Luckily the finance company didn’t allow them to do that. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a Hyundai I40 from Arnold Clarke in Cumbernauld back in June. The car was a bargain and in good condition... Pretty dirty but good other than that. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and I have had issues with the car which the dealership wanted to much to fix them so ive just left it for now but I would recommend the dealership.
