Been dealing with Tracey from service department, where do I start. Poor communication, had my car 2 weeks, I’ve been phoning to get updates, been told I could pick my car up 3 times only to be phoned on my way there saying it’s not ready. I had to ask for a courtesy car and not clear on what is actually wrong or how long it would take.
Friendly and clear customer service from Rachel, very patient and welcoming! Site and car were both clean and felt very safe.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I travelled by train to the dealership they picked me up from the station. They made the whole process very quick, easy and stress free and answered all of my questions. Up to now I have had no issues with the car at all and I have had it for 6 months. I would recommend this dealership for sure.
