I love my Mercedes. However having to deal with the unprofessional and inane service staff at Dundee Arnold Clark make owning my car a frustrating and stressful experience. I have been given 8 appointments over the last 13 months to have work carried out under a recall issue each of which has been cancelled the day before. I have complained to the Customer services based in the Netherlands who also ignore my emails. The Dundee staff simply waffle on and eventually when they run out of the company speil simply hang up. I have over had over 50 years of car ownership and this level of disparaging customer service was unknown to me. Unfortunately because this lot have the monopoly on MB service in Dundee I can not buy another MB. I am stuck now with a devalued asset as cars under recall are less desirable. I will try Eastern/Western in Edinburgh next hopefully who might restore my faith in the brand. Deal with this company and you will most likely regret it!

I received a professional, courteous and friendly service when I visited this branch. Could not fault the assistance I experienced in my dealings with the staff.

After waiting and dreaming i bought my first S class during lockdown and although there was no proper handover due to covid i have been so impressed with the after sales service and support from Grant Livingstone the General Manager as sorted all my issues with ease and thus giving me further confidence to keep buying my cars from Arnold Clark! bought from Perth but returned to Dundee for warranty work twice. Both times booked in and repaired without any issues under warranty. Given Perth sold it to me on a wet day with a paint defect I would choose Dundee over perth

Car developed a rattle at 65mph, they said they took the dash off and found multiple rattles, On road testing the vehicle it was exactly the same, they told customer service at Mercedes that they road tested at 70mph and could not find a Rattle, . They informed myself that they would not road test at 70mph. Lies from start to finish, this issue is still on going but I would not take my vehicle back there ever. On returning home it was clear that the dash was never taken off contrary to what they told me, do they really think the average driver is an idiot. Very angry with Arnold Clark Mercedes in Dundee.

Bought a 1-year-old used car from Mercedes Benz Dundee in May 2018. Since then the car has been in seven times with a number of faults. Today (April 19) the warning light shows again. During that time, I had to buy new windscreen wipers, service and 4x tyres and alignment all adding up to around £1,000 on top of the monthly payments you make. Mercedes say they check all cars coming in before selling, this is simply not the case. You pay thousands a year for Mercedes thinking it will be fine, and it really isn't. Never had a car with so many problems. Shame as some of the staff are okay in Mercedes. Going by some of the reviews, this is common. So avoid this garage at all costs. If you want a Mercedes go to another branch.

Poor service faulty car and Arnold Clark Mercedes Dundee refused to fix/help ,had car for less than an hour to find a number of faults they repaired car over 11 weeks and when I got the car back it was much the same, branch manager then said I was going to pay for the repairs my self !! Joke.

salesman was helpful and I couldn't have got a better deal anywhere else.
