Still waiting to be told what was done to my car sent 2 emails to customer service still no reply.
I have purchased 3 cars from East Kilbride Toyota and each experience has been better than the last! The staff here really make you feel so welcome and valued! Nothing is ever too much bother for them, I highly recommend buying your next car here and using the service department. The girls on reception are so helpful and the waiting area is lovely and clean with free tea and coffee! Not your usual garage!!

The manager at Arnold Clark Toyota in East Kilbride was the rudest person I have ever met in my life .. the car wasn't as described .... it needed two new tyres amongst other things but they wouldn't budge a penny on the price - in fact the manager walked off and wouldn't talk to us. He knew we had travelled a long way and used this against us. In the end we felt we had to buy it because although we would have to spend money to put the car right, it would cost us an additional £500 to fly back home as we had bought a one way ticket. We were very disappointed... they showed us no respect at all.... if I was as rude as the manager I have a few choice words I could use but instead I'll let you use your imagination.
I bought my Vauxhall Astra from here in January for a very good price. It was in great condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were really knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I would happily recommend them to my friendly and family.

I bought a car from Arnold Clark Toyota in East Kilbride and they refused to give me the new keeper slip they knew I was buying the car to use as a taxi which meant I couldn't get it licensed for over a month because that's how long it took for the v5 to come, once I started driving the car I quickly realised it was junk it smells like it's going to catch fire it's hurting my lungs and also the passengers. Because I'm complaining over a month after buying it's harder to get my money back. Time to seek legal advice. Please avoid these people for the sake of you and your family's health.

I bought a Corsa from here and I am really pleased with it. It was very nice and clean and in really good condition and up to now I have only had one very small issue which was sorted really quickly under warranty. I would highly recommend.
