Sold my car today through cameron. He was extremely helpful and polite, explained everything clearly and made sure i understood the process.
After a swift car sale money to be paid in three days, I got a call that additional information was required ((although I had this on sale day ) I enquired if this would delay monies being paid being told it would not, this was a lie. having returned to sales office with required information the sales person said they would try to get payment completed that day which was another lie. Sales patter does not win customers truth does. After eight days of having my car I am still waiting for money to be paid into my account and no there is no finance on the car it's a straight sale. Think in this case the contract has been broken by Arnold Clark and some sort of compensation is due. A very disappointed customer. Following a excellent review by myself I have changed my mind and will never deal with Arnold Clark again.

Had the misfortune to purchase an 18 Reg Renault Kadjar from Arnold Clark Elgin Fiat/Abarth. All chat prior to purchase but silent since then when the problems with the nearly new car arose. No parking sensors and passenger airbag has intermittent fault. Nobody seems bothered as they have your deposit. Avoid at all costs! Would give zero stars if I could!

I bought a used car, less than 3 years old, from Craig a week ago. He was very thorough and explained all the features to me with great patience. Then a few days later he sorted out the speed limiter that I didn't know how to get rid of! Very kind and friendly service. I can recommend.

Great service, can’t fault Craig young one of the most helpful salesmen I have come across, even though we couldn’t do a deal we will definitely be back when we are able to.

Just bought my car from Arnold Clark Elgin Fiat. Matty looked after us as soon as we stepped onto the forecourt. Without being pushy, he answered all our questions and queries with a refreshing honesty you don’t always find these days. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Sorry its a bit of a long one..... Arnold Clark Fiat Elgin are quite honestly the worst dealer, with the most inept service staff and technitions, with the worst customer service i have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I brought a 2nd hand Ford Kuga Titanium X on a 62plate with 43000miles car for my old kuga p/x +cash +2 year warranty for total of £10500.. that they MOT'd somehow that was actually a failure on brakes/cracked screen and all wipers torn, it then had endless other faults, daily if not weekly including alternator issues/flat battery/pully and belt issues/caliper issues caused by them fitting incorrect pads/ rear disc issue caused by fitting incorrect pads/key fobs failing/crack repaired windscreen recracking/endless air con issues of blowing hot and cold,solenoid clicking and air hissing/ and they tried repairing or replacing these faulty items but really badly with cheap pattern parts, over the last 4 months it has been back 8 times over a total of nearly 30 days. Now even with a 2 year warranty they refuse to talk to me or honour their warranty or rectify any of their bad workmanship. All the parts they replaced less than 4 months ago are failing again.The only way they will proceed is if i get a full RAC examination (£369.99 for my 4x4) to proceed, if it highlights issues they will refund and do the work(do i trust them to do it properly?) or if the exmination is a half arsed one and doesnt highlight i will have wasted the money, or do i just go to my Ford dealer who i was with for 15 years before for the first time of leaving to buy from AC and let them sort it and never go back even for the 2 years of warranty work. They have blocked me on their FB page as a spammer when highlighting my issues with pic, cannot pm them, blocked my trustpilot review. i have notified head office the CEO as well as Consumer advice and Trading Standards have been notified as well as Watchdog and in the wings the Motor Onsbudman......Save yourself a load of grief...NEVER BUY FROM ARNOLD CLARK FIAT ELGIN or any other dealer, this is how they have massed a near £1b fortune...................recently discovered that dont bother with local or national rags either as the compliance officer will block any request to bad press as the AC group as they spend massively on advertising in those rags.....consumer protection is out the window and has been brought so only good reviews are shown. I am at the end of my tether, i have a car i hate and dont trust, i cannot sell in private unless i get all the work done or i could p/x it but all told lose out about £5k between trade in price and dealer hike........ >;(

Bought a fiat 500 from fiat elgin last year, car was fine no issues great customer service great service team. Just because you had a bad experience doesent mean everyone else does, stop tainting the reputation of a decent dealership because your all bent out of shape
