Went in and spoke with Fraser. Just a friendly informed person who has done as much as he can to try and source a car for me. Even called me back today about a car in another branch. Would highly recommend this person to deal with. Just seems really genuine and decent which makes life easier when trying to buy a car.
I took my car to this garage a couple years ago with a dead battery. They took the car in and charged me around £200 for a standard new battery. After the new battery was fitted it continued to frequently die, my breakdown cover repair technicians proceeded to inform me that the garage had fitted my car with a used battery that was so old they didn't even recognise the brand. They also ran diagnostics on the battery and found it had been running on 20% of healthy capacity when it was fitted. It should be noted that I was a 5ft2, 21-year-old woman and went in on my own. I have no doubts that this was obviously a factor in their exploitation. I did not buy a car from this garage, I only used them for repairs, but would warn against a corporate environment that clearly does not value integrity

My sales rep was Andrew Struthers at glasgow south vauxhall, at first the team was friendly at finding me the car i want and getting me a good price for it, so i accepted the car, couple of days after pick up i noticed damage to the paint work and phoned to get it sorted, at the time andrew was off so i dealt with paul the sales manager, i went over the car with him and his answer was to get it valeted, well that didnt work so i got in contact again and spoke with andrew about damages to the paint work and this weird residue on the screen of the car and scuff, his answer to these issues was to take it down to the valetors once i received the car back the paint work was fine but the residue and scuffs on the windscreen where still there and was told there was nothing else they could do, i was not happy with this as it was very noticeable on the drivers side and when driving at night causing a dangerous glare through the windscreen i said if it does not get repaired i want to return the car and get a refund for my deposit his reply was bring the car in so that him and his sales manager could have a look at it, on arrival to arnoldclark i was met with the most dismissive sales manager paul who sat in the car for seconds and said theres nothing there its the heated element in the glass, i has a spot light in the back of my car and offered to put that on the car so he could see it more clearly his reply was thats not true lighting when driving al take it around the block, on return he then was still saying there's nothing there refusing to get any works and saying there is nothing they can do and that he was not standing around to argue with me and not even offering me my refund and return now paul is half my hight did not even adjust his seat to the hight i can see through the windscreen when this occurs and did not give it a genuine look over and was extremely rude, i have contacted customer service with regards to this as i have emails from andrew acknowledging that there is damage to the screen.

Greg has been our salesman For a number of years Think you out did yourself Catherine was nearly in tears. Arnold Clark Glasgow North (Garscube Road Branch) are very nice when selling however, their true colours appear afterwards. Just beware.
This is my 1st time buying a used vauxhall car. I decided to go to Garscube Road (Glasgow Vauxhall North branch) . As soon as i arrived at the branch i met Michael Seils (salesman) He was very helpful & asked if i needed any help looking at the cars. Michael showed me a few cars that he though might be of interest to me . We then sat down in branch & went through some options . The car was getting a repair carried out as slight damage to wheel arch . when i collected the car on Friday 23rd March Michael went through everything with me , gave me all relevant paperwork/information. He then showed me car to make sure i was happy before driving it away. He also took time to show me all the controls of the car . He took me to my car & we both parted ways happily . Just before leaving the branch the sales manager Mark Rundell came over to meet / speak to us he was also very nice & down to earth . He thanked me for my custom & reassured me any issues to contact the branch. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone staff are all lovely John Howat
Arnold Clarke Garscube Road are a very good dealership. I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from them and I am really happy with it! Had it since May and everything has been fine since. They were really helpful and friendly and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a decent used car for a good price.
