My car was checked in in January. I asked specifically for a break fluid and oil check. I was told all level were filled and my oil was fine for another year. In February my car broke down and I discovered the oil tank was bone dry, possible engine damage now. Arnold Clark would not help and were not interested. Very obnoxious and rude service. Never trusting this place in future. And will take this issue further legally.

My husband and I called into Arnold Clark Glasgow South Street on Saturday lunch time to enquire about mobility scheme cars after being directed to the area of mobility we were approached and said why we where there the chap left to find the person that deals with this he wasn’t about we where informed then he went to speak to the manager then arrived back to say the mobility person finishes at 11.30 in the morning on Saturdays and they didn’t have anyone to talk to us and just to come back on Monday ..no Thankyou if this is the attitude to customers buying a car then we will certainly go else where

*** AVOID ARNOLD CLARK MAZDA, SOUTH STREET, GLASGOW ** Rude, unprofessional, intimidating and downright dishonest staff. Arrived last week to collect brand new car to find it filthy and scratched. Advised by salesman that it was 'normal for new cars to be damaged during transportation' and blatantly lied to and told that, as the car had been pre-registered to me, I had to go through with the purchase. Sales manager was 'too busy' to speak to me ! Needless to say, I left without the new car and am taking my business elsewhere !

. No regard for customers, care more about commission. The service I received at this store was disgraceful. Also advise not to leave a deposit unless you're sure you're going to buy. They say you'll get it back hassle free if you don't buy, It's a lie! Over a week and still nothing has been processed to return my deposit, despite being told it had been done. Had to contact my bank who confirmed nothing had been authorised. Single parent out of pocket they don't care.

I took my car in for a service and had a little time to spare while it was being done for basically free because I took the two year servicing plan when I bought my car. I saw a really nice brand new Renault Capture and just had to have it. I got my original salesperson Mohammad Zeeshan who sold me my Kia Ceed and he gave me yet another fantastic deal. So happy with his professional service and great attitude simply because he knew I didn't want to pay any more than I was already paying for my current car and we got the right deal done for me at the price I wanted for a brand new car. I am happy to recommend Arnold Clark and Mohammad Zeeshan to all my friends and family. Very happy with my new car. Thank you.

Absolutely hilarious service from this branch of Arnold Clark in Glasgow. Do not do anything to a high standard after a while becomes very entertaining... would recommend if you have a good sense of humor. In terms of the services, wow just wow. Don't take my word for it experience it for yourself.
