I recently had my Kia Picanto serviced and customer service was outstanding from start to finish - from the welcome I received at the front door to collecting car. Erin & co were welcoming and knowledgeable and could not do enough for me. I received a video inspection of car as it was done and this helps me to trust that what is being said at a service is actually happening. Erin picked up on a mistake from last year and sorted it for me. Great work everyone.

I put my car in on Monday to have the oil checked as the light had come on saying low oil garage had checked it previously no problems asked to book in I left the car on Monday 15th to go on holiday I got a call to say car was fine I went in Thursaday 18th to collect car it would not start they got car started asked me to take it a run as it was lying for a couple of days strange they said that I took the car and when driving it said on screen overheated engine went back to garage they have the car work started Friday at 1415hrs no update on the car as yet hopefully today Sarurday but I really find it strange this has happened the car was okay on Monday when I dropped it off Erin and Lesley customer service girls were so helpful

Popped in to have a look at Kia Sportage and 5 mins later we bought a new car David MacDonald has a quiet but persuasive manner His patter however is shite Looking forward to picking uo car 😂…

What a great day at the car show, James helped me order my new Kia Stonic, what a lovely guy, so friendly, and Gordi helped my daughter, put us both at ease, they definitely know there stuff these 2 guys

Excellent service from the Manager Stuart and his sales assistant Peter . Sourced our vehicle from down south and it came in a few days .
