The worst car buying experience spent £30k on a Land Rover that had multiple issues including illegal brakes (2mm on pads) car had not had any inspection before delivery as it had no coolant in the engine! And 3 months on trying to resolve issues at AC Huddersfield dealing with the rudest most unhelpful service team I have met! No accountability from this group I will not and advise anybody to not purchase a vehicle from AC! They need to change their welcome message as they are not a premier dealer but operate like with the persona that have car dealers a bad name! Arnold Clark Huddersfield Motorstore Shameful.

My partner and I visited Arnold Clark Huddersfield Motorstore on Saturday 27th, needless to say we was impressed with the service that we received. We was fortunate enough to be looked after by Jack Anderson, who I believe is a well established Product Consultant at the branch. Jack was down to earth, ,friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional during our car purchase. We both concluded that Jack was an asset to Arnold Clarke Huddersfield. My partner and I was very clear with what car we had in mind and Jack took the time to find our perfect Car. 10/10.

If I could give Arnold Clark Motorstore in Hudersfield a 0 I would. Appalling customer service. Bought a car from them, was a fault within the first 3 months so they fixed it free of charge. After having it sit on there forecourt for 2MONTHS they decided they didn't know what was wrong with it and would buy it back with a partial refund. Obviously I've had the car 4 months but only driven it for 2 months and as it is not fit for purpose I should he entitled to a full refund. The sales member Gary was rude and arrogant, we spoken to like peasants as we weren't buying a new car. Was told will have to go through head office. As we were leaving we saw the branch manager and approached him to complain about the way we have been treat. He was the worst out of them all. Hamish had a serious attitude problem instead of diffusing the situation and trying to sort it out was rude and told me he didn't have to provide me with a hire car and that he was taking it back. Leaving me and my 9 year old son stranded as my partner only had a 2 seater van. So now I'm down thousands of pounds, no car and furious with the lack of customer service.

If I could give a 0 I would. I would not recommend Arnold Clark Hudderfield Motorstore to anyone. I had a fault with my vehicle within the first two weeks of purchasing it, Arnold Clark was made aware of this straight away and I was advised by them to go away and see if I can solve this myself. Since trying to do this the fault has happened numerous times and they cannot still find the reasoning for the fault. Poor service and not willing to help.

Bought my corsa in February 2018 & not even a week later I had to take it back rude customer service once they take your money they are not interested we are now in July & guess were my car is yet again back with Arnold Clark they had my car longer then I’ve been driving it my gears basically wouldn’t go into gear I was stuck in the middle of the road because the gears wouldn’t go into reverse they is a knocking coming from the back they never cleaned or vacuum my car has promised they was supposed to touch up my black alloys that never happened also before I forget the bumper on the front & side was cracked & glued together it took them just short of three months for them to fix just the front bumper with me calling them every other day which I got fobbed off every other day to the point we’re I had to take a days off work to speak with so called manages who clearly have no manners whatsoever 1 manage wouldn’t even come out of his office when I asked I’d love to mention his name but at the moment I won’t has I am now taking legal action has I feel so unsafe in the car & with the job I do working on EOL in the community I need a good safe car a lot of this I blame myself has I new what car colour spec I wanted & unfortunately for my a.c had the car there’s plenty more to say over a.c but just writing all this after I’ve just finish a 14 hour shift & sat here crying over my car all I can say is please please don’t go to Arnold Clark Huddersfield you health & your safety is worth more they really do not care.

Would not recommend Arnold Clark Huddersfield to anyone stay well clear. 10 weeks to get a log book. Owed money for a week and half should have gone straight back in to bank received by cheque after chasing it up.

I am very happy with the purchase of my new car from Arnold Clark Motorstore in Huddersfield, the process was so fast , simple and painless.. not the frustration that you usually get when car shopping! Would like to say a big thank you to JACK ( Huddersfield) who was so courteous and displayed the true definition of customer service.

We went into the Huddersfield Arnold Clark Motorstore today. We were unsure what we wanted so were browsing around when we were approached by a sales person. I would have made a purchase today but felt so pressured to buy the car I wanted to think about and everything seemed to take so long was a waste of a day. If I had been left alone maybe I could have made my mind up but the sales people didnt give me a few minutes to think things through. Needless to say we wont be returning to the dealer.

We first visited Arnold Clark Huddersfield last week on Thursday and have spent every day there up until today. We first went in to get a quote on a type of car my boyfriend had wanted to buy for a while. We ended up deciding that as a couple we needed two new cars and today drove away with them - the whole process being completely hassle free. Throughout these last few days we have been looked after by Jack and Arfan and they have been nothing but helpful as well as answering our countless questions. After the great customer service we have received and the even better deals on the monthly price of the cars, It is highly likely that we will be returning to this motor store when we decide to trade in our current cars for new ones in a few years. Absolutely thrilled with the whole process and also being 7 months pregnant and not experiencing one oz. of stress during the process has really helped. I would highly recommend this motor store as the whole building seems to work well as a team as a whole.

Me my partner and my dad have all bought car from Arnold Clark Huddersfield before so I went back to buy a Seat Leon. When I got the vehicle from them the car had not been valeted as promised when signing the paperwork. There were stains on all the seats which again they had promised to remove and failed to do so. In fact I don't even think that they had vacuumed. After driving the car home the engine light came on and stopped on. I phoned Arnold Clark and they asked me to bring it in to fix. They never offered me a courtesy car and had to get taxis/ public transport to work. After a couple of days they said it had been fixed. Brought it home engine light again came on took it back so they said they would replace the car with another similar one because they couldn't find the problem but let me drive the original one to use. But after over a week no car arrived so I rang them and they just fobbed me off with excuse's I took the car back and asked for my old car back but they said they had sold it and wouldn't return my money to the finance company. After over a month I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. My finance company are now perusing this as they say what Arnold Clark are doing is illegal. My father has emailed Arnold Clark twice but low and behold they haven't replied. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ARNOLD CLARK IN HUDDERSFIELD TO ANYONE POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
