No pressure from holly.just showed us the second hand cars And one took my fancy. So I went to get holly to talk about figures and it must have been my lucky day as the price was reduced on the car .I must say how much appreciated holly was.

Took car in for 2nd service booked a ‘waiting appointment’ and for the 2nd after sitting there for 1.5 hours they hadn’t even started the service so I guess what they mean by a waiting appointment is that they will keep you waiting all day.. Always full of excuses but shame they don’t seem to be able to put all that hot air into action. Perhaps it’s just because I am a disabled customer and see me as a second class citizen, therefore they think it is acceptable to provide me with a second class service. The attitude of the staff is appalling they should take the word ‘service’ out of their vocabulary. I would avoid these cowboys at ALL COSTS!!!!!

Excellent service from the start of ordering to the collection of our car. Dealt with very quickly and kept informed from start to finish of the progress of our car,
Mini service c/o, on collection dash light still on. Told that the front discs and pads would need to be replaced before they cancelled the light. Service video sent to my phone indicated 9mm wear remaining (replaced discs and pads myself to save money, but couldn't reset computer). therefore the on board computer indicates pads and discs should have been replaced 11000 mile ago. I'm now told that unless Arnold Clark replace the pads etc they will not reset light even though there is still plenty of life in the pads. Quoted £400ish for unnecessary work, just to get the light/computer reset. They have my car and I still have the courtesy car. Think I'm winning this stalemate.
Terrible service avoid at all cost, had a query with a Manager called Duncan about the warranty that i bought. He basically did not listen to my query, assumed i was stupid and said so and that i was to go away. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

I purchase a Volkswagen golf online from Adam in their Bathgate branch, It was then delivered up to their inverness Motorstore for me to give it a once over before I committed to purchasing. On inspection of the vehicle I found that the 4 tyres were not satisfactory. The sales consultant whom I was dealing with in Inverness, Pamela, along with Adam down in Bathgate helped resolved this issue one hundred percent. Thereafter Pamela complete the transaction with absolute professionalism. It was pleasure doing business with her. The car was a pure joy drive this car home. Only time will tell how the car will perform but as of now 100% pleased Thank you Adam & Pamela.

I purchased a Kuga on 14th Aug 2020 at £10,800 I went into the Peugot Dealership in Inverness to ask for a trade in price against a Ford Transit van of the same age but higher mileage they offered me £8,800 as a trade in price 6 weeks after me paying £10,800 so they make £2000 in 6 weeks utter crooks do not deal with them thieves

How can you expect a car dealer to make money? Pay staff, maintain the dealership etc, your just moaning as you bought the wrong car in the first place.
I was in the process of buying a mercedes certified used c class. I SPECIFICALLY asked the sales rep if the car had keyless entry and start. I was told it did. After the car arrived at my home I realised there was a spot for a push button start but no button. Salesman told me no problem they would put mine in the post. Got the button 2 weeks later and put it in the car. It does absolutely nothing. The car isn't equipped with keyless entry or start. I have a job that requires me to move very expensive displays to retail outlets. I really enjoy standing in the pouring rain with a soaking wet, ruined display while searching endlessly for a key that is technology from the 18th century. Dealer has done nothing and has offered to do nothing. I'm left driving my old 2012 renault so I can get my job done efficiently. Very disappointed and let down by Arnold Clark Inverness Motorstore.
