Bought a brand new car from this dealership. Less than a month of ownership and there is an issue with it that is making it unsafe to drive and unfit for use. As you can see the car has done less than 800 miles. On Monday Arnold Clark central 60 day warranty team booked it in with this dealership, confirming to me the dealership would collect the car and provide me with a courtesy car for the duration it was away. They told me the dealership would be in touch to confirm, when I hadn’t heard from them I called them back Tuesday to then receive this email: Dear ……. I have spoken to my manager and he confirmed that, as this car is new and still under manufacturer's warranty, Citroen would have to organise and cover the recovery of the vehicle. They would also be able to organise a replacement vehicle for you. Our courtesy cars are not available for long term hire and never guaranteed. He also mentioned that there is a Citroen recovery button on your vehicle, which, if pressed, will send out the recovery team to your location. It is located in the roof next to the rear view mirror (but not the SOS button) - if this helps. I am very sorry for this inconvenience and I understand your frustration completely. Unfortunately, this is the process to follow and for the manufacturer to organise. I would suggest getting in touch with the Citroen customer care team on 0800 093 9393 to see if they can help you with this. Absolutely diabolical they are taking no accountability whatsoever to help me in any way after selling me the car and I am now left with an unsafe car! This dealership are obviously only interested in income and now customer service.

Eventually got booked for airbag recall. Got my car towed from elgin. It was dropped yards from Dealer keys left on wheel. When I phoned garage said car not there. Eventually got taxi to find car literally yards from dealer. Was told it couldn't be driven and would need towed !! So I moved it ten yards and handed in keys only to be told I'd missed the recall. Not a single shred of empathy by staff. Who after tears relented and did the airbag replacement. So late in the day I pickup car. Supposed to be a complimentary was and vac? No not done. Terrible appalling customer care .Shockingly bad. Never will I buy from Arnold clark. NEVER WILL I BUY CITROEN. EVER!!!

Left our van with them to repair for nearly 2 months and all they've done is changing the timing belt. Every time we called for an update, they can never give us an answer of what's wrong with it and when it's gonna be fixed. Quote keeps changing, we were charged over £1,000 just to have a timing belt done. Even issuing an invoice took them over a week. We wasted a lot of our time and money on them. Would've loved to give them negative stars but it's not a thing. If you want to waste your life being frustrated and a lot of money then go ahead!
Awful. Booked in by Arnold Clark Warranty helpline who was ace. Woman on the service desk was terrible. Confrontational wanted me out and basically kicked me out of the showroom because I had the temerity to complain after a 3 hr drive (6 hr round trip ) and 6 hr wait. To be told I had a broken door handle which was why I was there in the 1st place. Avoid especially the woman on the parts desk.
Purchased a vehicle from this branch in may 22 and have had no end of grief. Salesmen and branch manager ignore calls and messages once they have sold the car. Car had fault on delivery and developed further faults so much so its been parked in their repair centre since January and have been told "HOW LONG IS A PIECE OF STRING" when the car will be fully repaired. Have purchased 5 other cars from other branches of Arnold Clark all excellent. So the problem is this branch and the branch manager.

Asked if they could fit a Tyre Pressure Sensor to my car. "Yes we can do that" Once fiited and paid £150 was then told I had to take it to another garage to calibrate it. Extra cost....
Absolutely useless! Worst customer service ever. Never dealt with such an ignorant, stuck up, nasty person! Or team... Had problems with our vehicle within the first day but both ended up getting COVID. So couldn't return the car, 10 day later I have returned the vehicle but they are refusing to pay back our deposit on the car. Would never recommend Arnold Clark, expecialy Inverness (Peugeot & citron) to anybody! Keep clear!!
They are all over you when you want to buy, atrocious customer service once you paid your money. Never answer query, never ring back. No help at all. Avoid at all cost
