The whole process went very smoothly and the sales consultant ( Michael Robb ) could not have been more helpful and has been in touch since to ensure everything was OK. A really 1st class service. I cannot thank Arnold Clark enough.
I purchased a surprise car for my daughters 21st birthday from Arnold Clark in Birtley, England..
Chris at the branch arranged video of car for me to review and transported the car up to Kia Kirkcaldy.
I met Caitlin at the Kirkcaldy branch who completed the deal seamlessly and I drove the car away within 30 minutes to a delighted daughter.
