Picked up my car from Leeds click & collect on Monday 26 April, assistant was very helpful, drove home (3 miles) and found rear tyre flat so returned to dealers who hoisted car on ramp and found tyre was gashed through to the inner cords on inside of tyre, also found other side damaged. Was told that they would contact selling site (Kirkcaldy) for authorisation to replace. Asked if would be same tyre (Michelin) was told by assistant that it would be. Returned to Leeds on Wednesday 28th tyres replaced with crap RoadX tyres all service manager would say that they were what he had been told to fit, he would contact Kirkcaldy to query. Not holding my breath for positive answer! Really spoilt my experience of buying my new car, cannot recommend this Company as they tell you one thing and do another.

Bought a car two years ago took out warranty and service plan if I’m honest not worth the money anything goes wrong u have to argue and get finance company involved my car needed brake discs and pads also economy tyres fitted on a performance car they don’t stamp the service book and don’t know how to reset lights today picked my car up no stamp no reset told I’d get a call back lol no ones there now never buy a car from them again customer service is non existent once they’ve had their money appalling service and attitude almost crashed my car too for the second time they don’t know anything about performance cars and miss sell service plans mine consists of an oil and oil filter change nothing else now that surely isn’t a service even I know that and I’m female lol de valuing my car by not being capable of using a stamp twice

I've been getting emails from Arnold Clark in Leyland to give a reveiwso here you go.i bought the car in feb2020 for me to buy the car the salesman would of given me his wife kids and a months wage to sign .but arnold clark goes wrong when you drive out that's the end of contact there not interested as they have got your money .just all dealers .cant get it through your heads after sales is were it counts .another so called dealer that I will not be going near again .

I would never buy a car from Arnold Clark again, I’ve had nothing but problems, they don’t answer the phone they don’t want to know, they was quick enough to take the £11,000, I purchased the car before lock down so it was not used much, I didn’t know of all the many problems the car has, they did not take this into consideration, they don’t answer phone and do not call you back, they couldn’t give a crap,

Arnold Clark Leeds Motorstore is a joke! I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here. My son is having a nightmare right now and the communication is absolutely terrible, no one seems to know what the other person is doing!! He has waited for a promised phone call today before close of business, nothing! Again this is the fourth time he has that car back to them, and they don’t care at all that it’s stressful for my son! DISGUSTING!! He has only had the car 9 months.
