I was looked after by Joe Emerson, who was really helpful and informative. I didn't feel under any pressure, and it didn't matter how many questions I asked, either in person or over the phone. I eventually bought my new car - unfortunately on the day I picked it up Joe was busy so a different member of staff dealt with me who wasn't quite so helpful.

Back in May I purchased a used car from Arnold Clarke in Leeds. The staff were initially helpful and friendly but after a week of having the car the clutch went and when i finally got the car back in for repairs they said that they didn't have the parts. Overall they were okay but could have done more .
