Got a car from this branch had damage to dashboard told them the next day about it still not had this repaired after 7 months won’t answer calls put phone down on me the worst service I have ever had
Traded in our car for a newer model, cannot fault the customer service we received from Nick at the Leyland branch, he gave us a really good deal. We were cautious about using Arnold Clark as some of the reviews where alarming, so we can only speak on personal experience, Cannot comment on after sales service as we have not had to use it, but hopefully we will be treated with the same respect.

Wow is all I can say, jamie and team was avsokutly appalling service from word go. Fancy sending a customer away with breaks not fit for use with Children in the car, not to mention a paint job front to back that should have been fixed before pick up and was covered with silicone spray, contacted jamie about the shoddy job for them to book in again for them cover in silcone spray again. Also a faulty rear diff that was seen to whilst under warranty and have refused to sort the issue then only thing they have to say is you chose to do many of these jobs your self. The reason I did the jobs myself was because of there shoddy workman ship, they should be utterly ashamed of the lack of care for customers and children may I add also trying to push all the blame on myself for having my car fixed properly by really workmanship. The only reason I have put a 1 star is because that's the only option it should give a minus.

Horrific customer service at Leyland Branch, discriminating, rude and condescending behaviour by Jamie and Manager. Will never buy from Arnold Clark again because of their behaviour. Appalling service
I bought my car from this branch and was the worst experience I have had on pick up no fuel should have been £25 put in and when I took private plate of they said when log book and retention certificate comes pop in and we will make new plates for me to take away and I put them on but when I phone them they say they have to put them on plus no service history or booklets in car would never by a car from this company ever again be warned
This has to go down as one of the worst experiences of my life. The purchase of a new car is suppose to be a pleasant experience, however this was so far from the case. I was told I could collect my new car on a Friday afternoon and the following Friday I am still waiting to collect my car which has all been paid for. I was never informed/contacted as to what the delay was until I contacted them, only to be told they were waiting for parts and no indication as to how much longer I would need to wait. As far as I am aware car parts such as brake pads can be delivered within an hour, so god knows why I have to wait an additional 3 days for them to be delivered and fitted. I can safely I will never be using Arnold Clark ever again to purchase a vehicle, in addition I would certainly advise anyone reading this never to purchase a vehicle from them either. They just tell constant lies.

I have just bought a used car from here. Right from the beginning they couldn't do enough to help, and did so respectfully and politely. Neither were they pushy in the slightest. Thanks very much to Gordon for making the whole process quick and easy.
Lewis was such a great salesman. He had all the time in the world for me and not in the slightest way pushy. He is a real credit to your company. He was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, well mannered and just a delight..
PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! On 15/9/22 I purchased a car from the Leyland Branch, to 10 days later notice 2 faults on the car, squeaking brakes and a faulty fuel tank reader. I would drive on to the petrol station with 10 miles, and leave with still 10 miles showing after placing £50 in the car. I rang the dealer and told them of the issues. I requested a service car due to being self employed and had to wait 10 days. When taking the car in, I was told they had no cars for me and to find an alternative route home. The car was return and they found no fault with the fuel reader. I then rang at a later date informing the branch these fault were still happening. To then my Filter Light came on and the car would not go faster than 20mph. Due to being self employed I need my car to go to jobs, and this day I lost work and could not get to Manchester via the motorway. I rang the branch explaining the 3rd issue, were I spoke to 3 different managers explaining myself again each time. Which they that on there customer guarantee ‘an efficient and simple experience’- this doesn’t happen. After speaking to a manager i told them I wanted to reject this vehicle as it’s not fit for purpose or as described- failing to meet the Customers Act 2015. I brought the vehicle in to be approached by Chris Fish the head of business. This man is rude, disrespectful and a bully. To top it off this man has 2 other reviews and the page describing how he is rude to younger females- seems like a recurring theme? He is a bully but unfortunately is the site manager. This man told me he makes decisions of rejection and he has the final say- yet the finance is actually via Black Horse. It has now been 33 days and I’m still paying for my vehicle I do not have. I have never been offered a service car, instead I’ve spent hundreds of pounds on buses , taxis to get to and from work- sometimes I finish at 9pm at night. The branch offers no customer service we’re they quote ‘pleasant environments for customers’ and ‘customer service being there core principles’. This does not exist at this branch. The stress, upset I’ve dealt with through this branch is now unbearable and if I can help any person out, it’s please never ever use this branch! I wouldn’t want another person to experience the stress I have had! I want to reject this car and be done with this company as I’m at my wits end. But they keep saying they are doing everything they can but it always seems to be a barrel of excuses. Just stay away. PLEASE READ!

Heard mixed things about Arnold Clark’s,but due to the range they carry I thought I’d check them out. Picked out my car on Saturday after a test drive put £100 deposit down. Returned on Monday to pay balance and drove my very smart Audi away🚘 whole process was very smooth and hassle free. Thank you Oli B , great customer service skills and a pleasure doing business with you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From me👍
