To whom it may concern I paid £100 deposit to the Toyota corolla in Arnold Clark Liverpool just need my refund please as agent agreed that after test drive if I don't like the car they will refund my £100
Arnold Clarke approached my daughter to say she could part ex her existing car, so my Daughter paid a deposit for a car on the 8th June to hold it and while trying to sort the finance out they sold the car she had placed the deposit on and it’s now the 3rd July and she still has not received her deposit back and keeps getting told they will sort it. £200 is a lot for a company to keep hold of without returning it. I bought my car from stoneacre and not at anyone time did they ask me for a deposit.

Mak kept me informed at every stage, providing updates on the progress of my application for financing and the eventual collection of the car. His dedication and expertise were truly commendable. The handover of the car was handled by Steve Aspinall, who ensured a smooth and straightforward transition from my previous vehicle to the remarkable one I now drive. Steve displayed the same level of professionalism and friendliness as Mak, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both Mak and Steve for their outstanding service. I wish them continued success and prosperity in their future endeavors.

Popped in to take a look at a new car and Nicole and her manager were so, so helpful. No sales pressure, no hassle, free to wonder around. It was nice to go into a showroom and not feel under any pressure at all, Nicole is so sweet and genuine, good to deal with real people and not SALES people. Have already recommended them. Ordered car on Saturday collected it Wednesday. Wow.

I attended Arnold Clark as my wife gets her cars from here and I needed a new car as my other Lease was running out. I dealt with a great member called Adam Luckie. He suggested the vehicle above and at the price it was for a monthly payments I could not say no. Very friendly from start to finish and very good communication from initial contact. I have no complaints will be back in the future for another car, thanks again Adam.

They have done nothing to help we had to take the car to the upholstery to repair tear in the seat red light on the engine came on intermittently we had to wait for this to be repaired and constantly had to ring them. There is a lot of staff budy doing nothing so I suggest the Managers send them on a customer service course as their skills in this department leave a lot to be desired. Nobody should be buying faulty used cars we go to dealerships as we expect the cars to have been thoroughly checked and roadworthy.

I have been dealing with David Ramsay at Liverpool Kia/MG and I must say that the level of service so far is great. Very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. No pressure at all, made us feel very comfortable and safe to find out what we needed to know to ensure that we end up with the right car.
