Avoid at all costs we got out our car to be followed by a VERY pushy salesman who wouldnt leave us alone to have a look at the cars. When we went into the showroom my husband went to complain to the Manager and he sat in his office and couldn't be bothered to see us. He told the guy in reception he would be out in 2 mins, however after waiting around 5 we kind of got the message that he felt he was too full if his own importance to be bothered to speak with us and we left. We were cash buyers (around £20.000) and after that treatment I wouldn't give ANY Arnold Clark Garage 20 pence of our hard earned cash! TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!!
I Bought my car back in May. They definitely know their stuff at Arnold Clark on London Road, they were able to answer any questions I had without having to look anything up, the car is going great and so far everything is all good.
