Great service from Miguel at Arnold Clark Vauxhall in Manchester, can’t fault him nothing was to much trouble will buy from him again top man

Vauxhall Astra had a faulty part that I’ve had to replace at my expense (£750), although there’s been a safety recall for this part to be replaced free of charge. Dismissed at every turn with shocking customer service. The vehicle itself that I bought new has had numerous electrical faults and problems. Worst company to buy a vehicle from. Avoid Arnold Clark Vauxhall Manchester at all costs!

This Arnold Clark Vauxhall branch in Manchester is a total waste of time they never call back especially Andy Caine and the manager waited 3 days for Andy to call back left numerous messages noting so I’ve made a complaint to Vauxhall head office stating this and if he can’t be bothered to call back he’s in the wrong job and needs re training communication problem etc

I feel cheated and conned after purchase of used Renault from Arnold Clark Manchester. Initial overheating was never adequately addressed despite radiator, battery and spark plug replacement – each time being assured by Clarks that problem was COMPLETELY fixed. Overheating managed by constant coolant replacement until head gasket failure and WRITE-OFF! Arnold Clark washed their hands despite longstanding issues. No money back. No willingness to help ... UNTIL I posted a review when I very quickly received an empty (sarcastic??) apology claiming “WE HOPE YOU'LL GET AN OUTCOME SOON”. This comes after Company previously threatened “TO AVOID FURTHER DAILY STORAGE FEES, WE WOULD ASK YOUR VEHICLE IS REMOVED FROM ARNOLD CLARK PREMISES”! Arnold Clark are more interested in protecting their image than assisting customers who placed their trust in money in the company to have it written off a short time later. I will never purchase from them and would urge others to think very carefully before buying.

We put a 2 year old Vivaro van in for warranty repairs. Nearly 3 weeks to get the parts and still today (6/08) we do not have our van back!!! Phoned twice this morning, on hold phone ringing in service, first time 9 minutes then went dead, second time 8 minutes then went dear. STEER CLEAR!!!!! Never ever, going back to Arnold Clark Vauxhall Manchester again.

Arnold Clark Manchester Pick up and drop off and up me dropping it off and the vehicle never been serviced it in with the Plan vehicle come back with 90mile More airfields are never got change in the engine compartment Full of oil when somebody spilled our outside not put it inside engine nobody wants to give me any explanation where the miles come from Absolutely a joke the worst service I’ve ever had in my life customer service is rubbish

A real relaxing car purchase, no sales push just a good chat about what we wanted and needed. Recommended have purchased 3 cars from them now and I'm sure we will be back again.

2.5 hour wait for them to change a fuse, terrible service not impressed!!
