The dealer was fantastic, everything was ready when they said it would be, the car has turned out to be even better than expected and not too bad on fuel either. I've got no complaints and I'd be happy to recommend Arnold Clark Motorstore.

Arnold Clark were excellent, the service was as you would expect from any good dealership, I'm thrilled with the car and would happily recommend them to anybody who asks.

On the day I would have said everything was great, the car was exactly what I needed and everything went smoothly enough. The after sales is where they let themselves down, they promised me an extra key and it took over 3 months of constant chasing and being passed from pillar to post for me to eventually get it, I dread to think what it would be like if the issue had been something more serious.

Found the car on the website contacted the salesman atranged a viewing and test drive We were looked after from start to finish by Jamie and the senior managers very personal service and made to feel our business was valued. Would definitely go back

The service was fast and prompt. I have purchased in the past from other dealers who can mess you around and make you wait but at Arnold Clark Motherwell it was all on time and no messing around at all, i did buy a Renault Scenic on this occasion. Top score from me and highly recommended

The car was as we hoped it would be and when we collected it was immaculate Unfortunately and this is at no fault to the garage as i have rated them a 5, we got a puncture after a couple of days and went to a private garage. 2 days later we had a call from Arnold Clark after care checking we was happy which i consider great customer service as ive not had this before and i mentioned the tyre we had to buy and he said if we ever had any more issues to pop it in to them and they would do cheaper for us!!!

I found the car i wanted through their online website and so gave them a call and popped down. I was dealt with by a guy called Tom Kirk, he really looked after me, very approachable and had all the answers to my questions I only had eyes for one car but there was lots available so definitely worth a look for people and you will be looked after
