I dealt with Marcello Fabbi throughout the process of upgrading my Mothers car. The day I called to the day we picked the car up he kept us updated, informed of the procedure and during a difficult time went above and beyond regarding sanitising desk, keys, paperwork etc which was an added reassurance. A really approachable guy and nothing was a hassle. Cheers Marcello.

So delighted with Arnold Clark... i had a car from another company that i had several problem's with i called Arnold Clark paisley fiat late one evening spoke with John Girasoli explained my current situation with my car and the current finance company asked if he could help me. He was fantastic we went over figure's what i could afford what my current car was for trade in he gave me a great deal. Always kept in contact via email or phone. The very next day i got accepted and john arranged for me to come in the next working day to pick up my new car!!!! cant believe how fast and professional he was having been stung b4 and feeling very weary of car companies john made it all so simple and easy thank you absolutely love my Mercedes-Benz A Class runs amazing thank you John Girasoli and Arnold Clark ill definitely be sticking with the best from now on.

We went to a number of different dealerships to look at cars and found this one to be the best in many ways. Staff were attentive and able to answer all our questions (which wasn’t necessarily the case in other places). They were courteous and extremely helpful. The general manager, Marcello Fabbi, John Girasoli and two other members of staff (one who took is for a test drive and one who explained all the tech details) took care over every detail. They were thorough and ‘went by the book’ where other dealerships seemed a little casual. This meant I felt I could trust this dealership.
