Drove the car 6 days, 10 weeks and counting its still in the garage being fixed. Do not reply to emails, do not return phonecalls. Car sent to Aberdeen dealer to be fixed (Aberdeen had no handover or had no idea they were even getting the car) constantly chase chase chase. They are a joke! Pretty sure a 5 year old could run that place better. Put me, friends and family off Arnold Clark for life.

we Thought buying local we could get anything done on our doorstep but afraid to say we were completely wrong. After 3 attempts to repair a faulty add blue system still under warranty. The jeep had to go to the main dealer in Aberdeen to be repaid and basically PETERHEAD washed there hands of it.
10 days has pasted with no replacement jeep and it’s looking like Arnold Clark Ford in Aberdeen is not much better.

Really good experience with this dealership! I bought a Nissan Juke back in September and I am very happy with it. It was really nice and clean and in excellent condition and I have had no major issues with it. I would recommend.

Very good service from Arnold Clarke in Peterhead when I bought my Audi A4 from them. I would like to start by saying I would happily recommend this dealership. The salesmen were all great and made an effort to make my car buying experience as easy as possible. The car was pretty good value for money considering how good the condition of the car is.
