I also dealt with Stephanie Hunter who was extremely professional and made me very welcome from the minute i got into the showroom. Had an appointment with sales manager at 2pm. Wasn’t seen until 2.45 with another sales assistant (not who we had made our appointment with). The sales manager we dealt with wasn’t helpful at all and had no interest in assisting us with purchasing a new car. So disappointing and such a waste of our time.

Grant Brown at Rutherglen MG was fantastic throughout the whole process of buying my car. He was so good that my mum then decided to also buy a new car from him. He made the process so easy for us both and I would definitely buy another car from Grant in the future!

The epitomy of used car sales people. No proactive, except glossing over the useless but most lucrative additions. Akin to buying the boots and finding the extortionate, for what it is, shoe polish in the carrier bag. Same experience with an £18k+ spend and being conned into a 1st aid kit with a bag of polish. Complained and the fish wife, manager marched in, laptop tucked into the waistband along with her other attributes,...."Do you want to hear the recording???". And quite frankly, no. I've bought 4 cars consecutively from Arnold Shark but never again. Hope this helps towards lifting you from 4.1 review you've inadvertently included me in on staff email to boost reviews due to Scott/boss reminding you.

popped in to Arnold clark Rutherglen on Friday looking for a new car the selection was great was greeted by Barry Edmiston really nice and welcoming gave me all the information I needed and was so helpful choose the car I wanted from there great selection im over the moon with my choice and the great help from Barry he sorted everything and picked my car up on Wednesday and I love it would highly recommend 5 star plus great customer service and go above and beyond thank you Arnold clark and thank you Barry Edmiston your a legend

I had an appointment to sell my car last Wednesday 25th April 2018 at 6.30pm, after a long day at work ,I thought the process would take long to go through. I was seen by the General Manager Craig Montgomery who was excellent, I was with my young children who get bored easily but they were very happy after Craig offered them some soft drinks and we were able to go through all the paperwork without issues, when we finished Craig arranged a drop off home for me and the kids, this was a very kind gesture after a long day at work, Ryan dropped us home, he was amazing too. The payment only took only 3 working days to reach my account. The customer service was amazing, I felt like a celebrity. A big thank you to Craig and Ryan, you made my car sale easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend your company.
