I recently wanted to purchase a car from Arnold Clarke during the lockdown. It is not easy as everything was done by video and it was not possible to see the car in person. I wanted to say what a great job Neil in Arnold Clarke did to help me with the process. I ultimately did not but the car due to some wear and tear but Neil could not have been more helpful sharing the details transparently and partnering with me through the process! Do not use this garage Renault at Seafield.. they fitted and charged me for a window switch that did not work also a plastic flap underneath the back tyre was hanging down..I returned the next day and was told they had put it back up in place..2 days later it was down again..they said they had fixed it so it would not happen again!! Guess what?? It fell down again.. as the garage is closed during this terrible time.. I would of demanded to speak to a manager..I have now had to phone the AA, they have repaired it and he also said there was nothing keeping it up.. so I have also been lied too.. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE..

Exchanged my car for another, got the car next day. Emma at Arnold Clark Edinburgh was very good, efficient got the best deal for me on the SEAT without having to haggle.
