The dealer at this location was more than helpful and also arranged a reduced service plan for the coming two years. The vehicle at the time only had 12,000 miles on the clock so we felt there would be no worries when it came to the first service after a year of ownership and only gaining a further 3,000 miles. Unfortunately the brakes needed changing which the dealership told us was under 85% degraded when they conducted there pre sale inspection and came out of my pocket. A gentleman from the garage picked the car up from my home address and we also received a call from them stating that the master brake cylinder had also gone. After my wife arguing with the dealership over this work they did reduced the price, but left us with a huge bill we weren't expecting. This was on a 58 plate fiesta 1.6 zetec s and we are looking really forward to the next service this coming January.
