Where to start! I have never in my life experienced a service so poor! We were miss sold Auto care and have had to pay £3700 for my car to be fixed- I have had the car for 13months! The car has been off the road for the past 4 weeks and I am still waiting for a curtesy car! We were told on purchasing the car a curtesy car would be provided, but each time I have rang I am advised there is not one available. I am currently paying £485 pounds a month for the car and also £370 a month for the repairs. Oh, and £260 a week to rent a car to get to work! I could go on and on about the poor customer services, lack of knowledge, long waits on the phone and false and inaccurate information. Due to Arnold Clark i am experiencing high levels of distress and worry and finding it difficult to meet my families basic needs due to these payments! I would strongly recommend staying away from this awful service. If I could score 0 stars I would

Picked up my new car today (jeep compass). Anthony was a great help, having kept in contact with me throughout the week. I drove up from South Wales to see the car last weekend. Anthony has been in touch every day and has been a great help when it came to retention of my private number plate. Extremely satisfied with the service and my car drove like an absolute dream on the way home. Great friendly service and very knowledgable. P.s they also do a fantastic coffee!

Absolutely fantastic service from Tony in Sales. Went the extra mile. My dad spoke to Tony on a few occasions when searching for a car. Has a great attitude to the job and service with a smile. Super friendly and welcoming. Tony has a great connection with customers. I was desperate for my car to be done on the Monday and Tony did his best to get it sorted. Arranged to get it done for Tuesday. Tony came in on his day off as he knew I was very excited for the car. If it wasnt for Tony doing this I would have had lots of complications with getting back to Wales and to work. I can't stress enough how fantastic he is, highly recommend Tony. Great after care service with a follow up phone call. I really appreciated all of his hardwork and time. Went through all of my options for finance, never felt pressured or put off by the offers for extra services. You have a fantastic sales man on your team. Thank you so much.!

Sold me a Ford Cmax 218 plate. Engine service light came on day I drove it home. The car was losing power & is still losing power. It cuts out while driving. Had to have a new turbo fitted after three weeks, then a new clutch after six weeks. In the process of trying to return it. The customer services are a disgrace, rude unhelpful staff. AC have been of no help at all. They have done tests & say there is nothing wrong with the car. Emails I have sent have been ignored since September 21. Had a diagnostic test done & there is a fault with the turbo they fitted. AC refused to look at the car as I had the d.t done by another garage. Avoid at all costs. Had to give one star ratings. They don't deserve any stars

I meant to do this review a few weeks ago but unfortunately I forgot, I took my Vauxhall Mokka for its 2nd service at 8am and I telephoned at 4-30 pm to ask if it was finished and was told not quite, I said that I would pick it up the next morning as it was getting late but the the next morning I telephoned to ask if I could pick it up and was told that it still wasn’t finished but then got a phone call 1/2 hour later to say that it was now. They had the car 25 hours to do a simple service to which I complained and was told that it was because of Covid, if it was Covid why even have it in the first place. The lady in service said well we can’t do anything about Covid, I said that I have purchased two cars from them and will not be using them again so she said ok I will take your name of the records . Great service that obviously are not bothered about I sent a email to head office and they couldn’t be bothered to get back either

I decided I want a car ...with Arnold Clark I had it in 2 day,very easy and the car is brilliant. Neil Armitage was my guide for choosing a car.He is very kind and calm and even if my English language is not so good he explained me twice everything and he make sure I understand everything. Thanks a lot Neil ,your customer service experience is amazing! 😊💥🏆🥇

Car had to be returned to Arnold Clark Vauxhall in Stoke within the first week of buying due to an issue with the drive shaft. As soon as we said we wanted our money back their attitude completely changed. Rude isn’t the word. Management team are disgusting. No customer service skills. We didn’t get an apology, an offer of any help, nothing. They left us needing to get our own way home with 3 kids after taking our car in. Been told a lot of lies about when we will receive our money back, still waiting now so we currently have no car, no money, nothing. Will never use Arnold Clark again.
