Worst customer service ever! Would give zero if i could!Bought a car in April 2023 and exchanged mine. Got a car. Had issues with adblue fault and engine issues within 6 months. Car saying it won't start after 300, 200, 100 miles etc. Called Arnold Clark to be spoken to like it's my fault, my issue and they keep reminding me it's been fine for 5 months... what's that got to do with the issue? I exchanged a quality vehicle for one that dosent work!!! Took the car to peugeot as Arnold Clark wouldn't even return calls after weeks and months of back and forth where I had to constantly call them as they never returned calls. When I did get through, I was treated to like I was the problem and they refused to put me through to someone who could actually help. Managers were always away but rest assured, they would call me back... they didn't. Just fobbed me off and said I need to take it to peugeot. Did this... peugeot did a diagnostics and found a raft of issues and concerns. Car should never have been sold in its current condition and I'm still waiting for someone to get in touch. Apparently everyone who can deal with my issue are on holiday for the next 2 weeks whilst I'm stuck with a car that dosent drive!! How does that work. I have a job and 2 kids but Arnold Clark stops functioning when certain people go on holiday for 2 weeks so I'll just tell my boss I can't get to work and the kids can't be dropped to school because clearly I've caused this issue and them being on holiday is my fault. Do not buy a car from these. If there's a problem, they will fob you off and blame you for the issues they created. I'll post on here each week to update what's happening. Just so you get an idea of how they deal with things. My issue started in July/August 2023. Terrible.

Travelled an hour and a half to order my new 500 Dolcevita and wasn’t disappointed. Sam was excellent at keeping myself and my daughter at ease, showing us all the options available, whilst not pushing at all. On collection received the same good service from Sam, offering drinks while I waited. I had a very good trade in price for my old 500 and would definitely use Arnold Clark again.

What can we say other than first class from Sharon Vickers. Nothing was too much trouble in assisting us with our car purchase for our daughter. Not the first car we have had from the dealership on Brettell Lane Stourbridge and I’m sure won’t be the last. Thank you Sharon and the wider AC team there. Pete O

We purchased my Daughter car from this dealership a few years ago and was happy to return when she needed a newer model. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in their service this time around: 1.Cars not being valeted or cleaned prior to viewing. 2. Cars left outside when they should have been viewed inside so to hide minor damages. 3. £100 reservation fee not returned as promised due to having to ship a suitable car from Scotland and expected us to foot the Bill for this. We will not be returning to this dealership again!
As someone who has never stepped into a car dealership before I was so impressed with the whole experience. Sharon was wonderful from start to finish and really help with the process of buying the car. The manager was also brilliant it was lovely that he also came and spoke to us. I would recommend this branch to anyone and everyone!
What I particularly liked was the fact I was not pounced upon as I entered the showroom. If I was I would have run a mile! I made my way over to David Jones's desk as my brother in law had previously had cars from Arnold Clark and dealt with David. (convincing me he was not pushy). David arranged a test drive and spoke to me about options on my return. I told him I would think about it. A few days later I decided to take my husband to have a look. He too had a test drive. I discussed what I wanted with David and he gave me several options to think about. He then gave us time in private to chat as we made up our minds. My experience was great and will certainly use Arnold Clark again. Thank you David for not being pushy! You were friendly yet professional.

Had an appointment to sell our car at Brettle Lane, Stourbridge. There was no one greeting customers as they arrived but I did find a helpful chap who tried to find someone to help us. Everyone was apparently busy despite the fact we had an appointment which your HQ had checked we would be attending. He parked us in your waiting area and invited us to help ourselves to refreshments. Although we were there to sell a car we bought from you 3 years ago my wife was quite taken with the Black 500X Sport in the showroom and had decided to see if it would be possible to swap her 2019 Citroen C3 for one, the space would be useful. While we were waiting it was obvious several members of staff weren't doing anything, they we just milling around. One chap in particular, wear a suit, walked past us at least half a dozen times while we were waiting and didn't once ask us if we were being looked after, he didn't even acknowledge our presence. After waiting 45 minutes I thought I would have a look around to see if I could find out what the delay was, the chap with the suit was chatting to two lads - one in a white shirt and one in your blue uniform. I stared at them for a little while before they got the message I needed help. The chap in the blue uniform came over and when I told him why I was there the chap in the suit came over. He told me all the buyers were busy. His attitude sucked and I'll be honest, I told him it was a f***ing joke. His only response was to tell me to mind my language. He couldn't care less that I hadn't been looked after, that I had been waiting 45 minutes. I pointed out to him that he, as the General Manager, had walked past us half a dozen times and not once made sure we were being taken care of. Even though I told him during this exchange what I was there for when I asked him if he knew why I was there he said no! When we came in we had to go through the used car sales area, the quality of preparation was appalling. Every car has damage evident that could easily be rectified (this is what my company does but on luxury cars.) I'll go out on a limb here and say that branch is under performing. Having a GM with an attitude like his is a sure fire recipe for failure. He couldn't care less about his customers and because of that neither can his staff. I would love to have a chat with his Regional Manager about it because he is doing your company no good. Anyway, bottom line is I'll never do business with Arnold Clark again and I'm pretty sure I convinced a lovely couple who had just test driven a Fiat Panda not to buy it. I really hope they took my advice.

From initially speaking with Sharon to getting the handover from Rhys, it could not have been better. Both lovely members of the team at Arnold Clark Stourbridge Motorstore & a pleasure to deal with. Nice touch at the end when the manager came to thank us. We love the new car too.
After a previous visit to Arnold Clark Stourbridge Motorstore I was looking to purchase a new Fiat 500L. I had arranged a test drive for Sunday 4 August at 3.30. We arrived at 3.20 only to be greeted outside by the person (Sharon) who we had booked the test drive with asking if she could be of help as she was off doing another test drive (obviously forgotten) ! ! and to wait inside. Such a shame as we had a good visit the previous week and wanted to get the sale sorted. We stayed for 20 minutes filling out paperwork and still wondering how much longer we needed to wait for the prebooked test run. We decided to leave as if this was the service before making the purchase then it leaves the thought for service after a sale. We would have like to sorted the sale out on the Sunday however will be looking to purchase at another garage now.
