Went to Stourbridge Arnold Clark. Dealt with by a very pleasant helpful sales person. (Sharon) Took car on test drive, Great. Offered rubbish trade in by Manager, Would not even go extra £100 off screen price of £9300. Would have bought for cash at £8999. 2 weeks later, screen price dropped to £8998. Sorry Sharon, your manager is a jerk.

Bought the car 3 days ago from Arnold Clark and found stuff that was missing like navigation and rear view camera which was advertised but as soon as I found it out, I rang sharon straight away and wanted me to come today to sort it. New Camera ordered and ring me to sort it and Navigation all sorted. Easily done and settled. Very happy with Arnold Clark Stourbridge and their service. I would recommend it to anyone.

shortly after picking up my fiat500x I discovered a front tyre showing very serious o/s front tyre wear. there was complete lack of tread on the inside of the o/s font tyre. although it was just about good enough for the mot it was so badly worn it should have been confined to the scrap heap& not left on the car for an unsuspecting car purchaser. this vehicle had supposedly been through their workshops for a safety check. they did replace the tyre after I complained but said they did not have to. after reading this I urge anyone who purchases a used car from Arnold Clarke Stourbridge to check all the tyre before purchasing. & not to unknowingly drive a dangerous vehicle. I can back up my claims through my experience in all areas of the motor tade. I have several photos to prove what I am saying about the tyre

BOUGHT A FIAT 500 4 YEARS OLD 13000 MILES ON THE CLOCK FULL SERVICE HISTORY. AFTER 4 MONTHS GEARBOX WENT AND ARNOLD CLARK STOURBRIDGE MOTORSTORE DIDN'T CARE BECAUSE THEY SOLD IT OVER 3 MONTHS PREVIOUSLY. £1000 CAR REPAIR AFTER 4 MONTHS OF OWNING AND ARNOLD CLARK HAD SERVICED EVERY YEAR. NICE!!
