Stephanie Mountain assisted me to obtain my new Dacia. I don’t use my quite old phone, for anything other than messages and calls so Steph had her work cut out helping me to navigate the paperwork. She couldn’t have been any more helpful. I expected to wait for several weeks for my car but it arrived within a week. Great service from Arnold Clark and Steph.

I rang to book a service for my car, it’s first, and free with the car I purchased I didn’t buy the car from them, but that shouldn’t make a difference. They couldn’t find the service details and were really unhelpful. I ended up ringing Peugeot customer service centre, and they confirmed my free servicing, and were amazed that Arnold Clark couldn’t access the details. The girl at Arnold Clark kept saying not a problem whilst making everything a problem. They couldn’t fit me in for over six weeks and wanted details of the free servicing provided, which I haven’t got separate paperwork for, but was part of the deal. All in quite unsatisfactory

Daughter bought a mini from them - engine management light on 4 times in 5 weeks - they have said they cant fix it - but will buy it back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! selling cars with faults they cant fix - never again

So thanks Arnold Clark Warrington Motorstore, for selling my 21 yr old an expensive car, with a door full of undeclared filler, which only came to light after a scrape revealed it, not to mention back light which became an aquarium each time it rained, did i mention how she was promised that she could return car after xmas, guess what?after repeated phone calls, being fobbed off for days (dont know how many times she was promised a return call)just basic courtesy, one would think?? Eventually to be told by a laighing goon that they were not taking dud car back,(despite an assurance they would) thankfully finance company are taking it more seriously...absolutely shameful, way to go A.C. Warrington

Buying A Car from Arnold Clark Warrington. If anyone is considering buying a vehicle I would go to Arnold Clark Warrington. I bought my Mondeo Sport Estate from them and I was treated with respect and more importantly as a person from Sales advisor Paul Boswell. Their staff are first class and the after sale is as important as the first hello can I be of any assistance. An overall very impressive company who I would be happy to deal with again and also to recommend. Thank you Paul for treating me like a person.
