Went to see Arnold Clark West Bromwich Motorstore as we had seen a car online but at a site miles away so wanted to see about getting it moved closer so we could view it but when we went inside sales people was to busy talking with each other than helping anyone,we will find a car elsewhere where sales people can be bothered to help.

I asked about the car I purchased and they told me all was fine until I put it in for a service and they wanted over £1300 to make the car roadworthy be very careful of Arnold Clark West Bromwich Motorstore.

Having visited several Car Dealerships, some we were glad to escape from, it was a pleasure to arrive at Arnold Clark, West Brom. After a short time of looking around we were approached by Gavin Hinchley and not 'pounced on' like other places. We were treated courteously with none of this 'you guys' and discussed our requirements. Other Staff were equally pleasant and welcoming and the Manager made a point of speaking to us. Several vehicles were found and we decided to Test Drive two of them. having agreed on a vehicle Gavin was only too happy to quickly source other requirements for it. We picked the car up yesterday. This has been by far our best experience of buying a car.

Today I part exchanged my car for a newer model and was dealt with by sales executive Mr Davian Stewart. I found him to be very professional and very honest and gave excelent service

I brought a skoda roomster the service level I received from Laquaan parchmenth was excellent and very well put all so James Parsons was very good i am really happy with the car I bought, thank you Arnold Clark West Bromwich Motorstore.
Avoid, at all costs! Would never buy a car from here again. Sharks from right from General Manager to Sales executives. Avoid Davion who is UK top sales man for Arnold Clark and makes £120k a year clearly by lying to customers. Advised I needed a more economical car with cheaper payments but was misled into a car, sold to me by Davion as a better economical alternative to my 2014 2.0 TDI A3 but in fact is far less efficient. To top it off I went back the next day after I realised this was the case And I was just fobbed off by Davion and told only option I have is to buy another car from him which was more economical, which infuriated me as that was the whole point in changing my car in first place. To top it off I have just found out he also set me up on a car loan instead of a Hire Purchase agreement without telling me, which I will be taking to national newspapers As we can not be having FCA Regulated companies behaving in this way. Spoke to General Manager Dan Copper who wouldn't hear me out fairly and only option to resolve this is to try and sell me another Ecoboost petrol car, on a preferential managers rate, unbelievable! Please take my advise and avoid this Company at all costs its not worth risking there dodgy sales tactics on a large financial commitment and purchase.

I totally agree that this branch is full of lying salesmen and management after having a car that I was negotiating with Davian to purchase over the phone from Scotland sold from under my feet by another salesman at the desk next to him and only to be told by a “manager” ( Darren Bennet ) tough luck first come first served
Be aware this Arnold Clark branch use the car video link they send you as a bargain tool, they watch how many times you have viewed the link and use this against any deal made. Very deceitful and not a nice experience.
I went to Arnold Clarke in April and bought a Ford Fiesta. Everything went okay, There were a few small Issues with the car but these were all resolved quickly and with ease. The car was good value for money and the sales team were really nice and willing to help. Tom was the name of the man who I was dealt with buy on the day and he was really nice. I would recommend this dealership for sure.

Absolute awful. I went to view a few cars and were advised on a couple which were in my price range. I explained about my credit and was told I would deffinatly get finance- even before they done the check! I was pushed into a test drive after I said no 3-4 times! Our so called Collegue who were assisting us wondered off for hours on end we actually spend a whole Sunday in the centre! Anyway I put a deposit down on this car which we told we HAD to put £100 when afterwards we were told £50 was ok- actually something I had paid previously. We later found out that the car was no longer suited for us for financial reasons and discussed this with the management in west brom store. They actually told me on the first occasion that my money would be refunded and taken then card details, after 5 days we hadn't received anything so I called them up as you would, they actually didn't even process the refund so I said it was fine as I know busy periods do take over, anyway another 5 days still nothing, called again same thing happening with conversation. I was them told it would deffinatly be on by the Friday. Still nothing, so again call the Monday and was told they remember speaking to me but wasn't sure what was going on. All they needed to do was check if MY refund had been processed, not hard? Anyway I call back again the Tuesday and was told no one could again sort it.. I say so there's no management? "Yes there is someone else" so this guy tells me the finance had shut at 5 and he would call me in the morning and left me a voicemail, so on that evening after work I call but you never guess what they couldn't sort it?!?! FINALLY nearly 3 weeks later I receive a receipt through the post.. Still waiting for the deposit to be put into the bank though! So yes I would NEVER EVER be coming here again, to be fobbed off by dopey staff is beyond me! Best thing is.. Management there were slagging the team off to me and my partner!!
I am leaving this review because of the way I was looked after when buying from this Arnold Clark Motorstore in Walsall. I received excellent service and I would recommend them to others. My car was good value for money, when I picked the car up the vehicle was clean and exactly as described. In summary I found this dealer to be knowledgeable and helpful at all times.
