Recently bought a car from Arnold Clark Wigan (Scot lane) and dealt with John Curtis who was a pleasure to deal with friendly, professional, and not pushy there was a few small issues on the car which I asked to be sorted out and he had them done no problem. Would definitely deal with him again!
I bought a car on Click and Collect at start of December, I received it in February and it was back and forward to garage 22 miles away supposed to fix problem but they never. Car been off road more than on. Manager was supposed to be exchanging car but because I didn’t take it from Forfar to Wigan he just made excuses. Charged for servicing that was supposed to be free for 2 years, and the trade in deal was less than agreed. They promise you the world but once payment made they totally change. Beware of Manager Andrew Dawber

Avoid Arnold clark in Wigan they are a ripoff they sell you warranty’s that are worth nothing and the after sales they just don’t care pick a reputable dealer and steer clear of Arnold poor poor dealer

I just wanted to say a big Thankyou to Alex Favell at Arnold Clark, Wigan (Scot Lane) Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always at the end of the phone or email. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Five Star Service from start to finish.

Awful service received by both the customer service advisor Joseph and the managers Mark and Andrew. Kept ignoring my calls for weeks. And didn’t even reply to emails. Car was faulty from the day I bought it

We purchased a car from AC and were informed that an MOT would be included in the price, only to discover that we had then been charged for it. We then took our car to be serviced in A place we do not know and had to wait around for 5 hours when we were then informed by text that our car was ready and had been cleaned. When we got our car back it had not been cleaned. I informed the receptionist of this and she told me it had. I showed her it had not and she told me to wait by the service entrance and someone would meet us - they never came. We were so fed up of waiting around that we just drove off. I disinfected the target points myself before we drove off in our dirty car. It is a real shame because in the past (at other AC garages) we have had a good experience - definitely not here !!!!!!!!!

Salesmen tell you a complete pack of lies and think you won’t find out then expect you to still buy a car off them !!! Will NEVER EVER set foot in Arnold Clark Wigan again if they were the last car sales company in Wigan !!!!!!
We bought our son a small Toyota looks like a mini Ferrari it's his 1st car and he is delighted.. Martin on the customer services was very good in sorting things out.. Car running great. Would definitely buy again .
Owen Houghton at Arnold Clark Wigan was really nice and professional and took care of us ,he was very helpful and curtious from start to finish ,very pleased .
