What a lovely guy Richard is, he was absolutely brilliant. There is quite a stigma around car dealerships/salesmen for the hard selling etc, and Aro Cars just totally break away from that, the customer service was extremely good. No pressure at all. I bought a Renault Kadjar and I'm so happy with it, its a lovely car to drive, it was well looked after before me so its in tip top condition! Thanks Aro Cars, I will highly recommend moving forward.

After 2 poor experiences with car dealerships, I had almost given up on buying a new car. My Dad had been helping me and came with me to visit the cars I'd found. I wanted a Peugeot 308 Estate GT Line. I went to view 1 and it cut out 3 times when the dealer attempted to start it. I viewed another 1 and the salesman said before I could test drive or see the car I had to buy it and then I was able to drive it. My Dad was not impressed with either of the cars or dealerships and was no way allowing me to buy. I found another 1 with Aro Cars, however they are 1.5 hours (if not further) away from me. My Dad and I arrived on site and Richard was totally different to any other salesman we had seen. He was chirpy, friendly and very welcoming, he gave us the keys to the car and told us to shout him if we needed anything. He came back over and offered us a test drive, he gave us some idea of where to go and off we went. My Dad said to me on the test drive, this is one the one Son, and he meant the dealership - he was impressed with Richard and how he was operating. The customer service displayed was absolutely phenomenal. My Dad was blown away with Richard and his level of care - we would both recommend Aro Cars Ltd to anybody looking to buy a car. I purchased the car from Richard and have been amazed with it since, its a gorgeous car and is running and driving perfectly. I've had it about a month and easily put 1500 miles on already, its had a good few runs and been nothing but perfect. Thanks for restoring faith in car dealerships.

I found a Mercedes Estate online with Aro Cars, the dealership is over 200 miles away from me so it was a distant sale but this car ticked all the boxes for me however it did depend on the honesty of the car advert been 100% correct. It was important that the car was just as described, I wanted it to look as good in the flesh as the photos. Richard assured me the car was in 'good condition, runs perfectly and easy on eye'. Its exactly that.... and more. Richard delivered the car to over 200 miles, and it was exactly as described, even better than the photos. There was not a single mark on it, it looks and feels brand new. I'm still working from home, so I'm finding excuses to get on and get some miles on it, but what I have driven of it I'm thoroughly enjoying. Its a gorgeous car and its been a pleasure dealing with Aro Cars Ltd.

I would absolutely recommend Aro Cars to anybody looking for a new car with A* customer service. Richard was fantastic when I purchased my Ford Focus, he ensured updates were given regularly and communicated well. I'm really enjoying driving the Focus and now I've figured everything out and got used to it, I absolutely love it. I will be back to Aro Cars when an upgrade is due.

I'm very pleased with the Skoda I've bought from Aro Cars in Hook. I was dealing with Richard who is a credit to the business. From the first contact, Richard was personable, polite and very professional. I had a couple of other cars in mind, but from speaking to Richard, he filled me with confidence and I wanted to buy from this dealership. I'm pleased I did as they looked after me very well and provided top class service. The car was delivered to me and upon arrival, it was clean, tidy and just as described - I can't fault and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
