I bought a "Das Welt Auto" Golf SV from this dealer recently. The salesman promised me 4 new tyres as part of the deal, and assured me that it had AppConnect fitted (I couldn't check this as the satnav had been removed for security). The car was delivered without the promised tyres. The sales manager said that the salesman had made a mistake and it didn't need new tyres. My complaint that this was part of the deal has been ignored. They have ignored my emails asking for a modest refund of £100 towards tyres. They did say they would pay for the AppConnect to be activated by my local dealer, but that dealer has been unable to get anyone at Arthur Prince to actually agree to payment. I was very unimpressed with the "complete valet" that had been promised. Some of the things I had pointed out had not been sorted (scuffs, and the removal of the dealer sticker on the boot). Oh and finally I was made to sign the handover document when the car was delivered, but hardly any of the items on the checklist had been done. I had no choice as the transporter driver needed to pick up another car. All in all I think this dealer is one to avoid. Luckily VW also asked for a survey, and I did not hold back!

Bought a car from Arthur Prince Loughborough, had several faults. Took the car in and did half a job. Took it to another branch and was advised the car had been involved in a accident. Rang AP Service Dept (Paul) directors have said not to let the car back onsite. They got annoyed with me because i reported this to Customer Services. When i picked the car up they only gave me one key and advised all the other bits are in the workshop. However this is now locked. Monday came they didn't even have it.

Bought a car, paid in full, never recived car as it had a major fault, car was not checker before they put it up for sale (company policy), didn't get my my back straight away. Arthur Prince Loughborough fobbed the car off to another unsuspected dealer so someone else will get messed around. Great values and customer service.
I will begin by saying that the the sales manager, Russ Louch was incredibly rude towards me, completely disregarding my rights as a consumer and even suggesting legal action despite them being in the wrong. I have never felt so utterly disgusted in the actions of a company, especially the "manager". Absolutely shocking customer service after buying a 3 month old ex demo from this dealer - the car arrived damaged, and we had to chase them for 2 months to have it repaired - the repair was sub standard and they now refuse to rectify this even though it is their responsibility to do so. Currently seeking legal advice as they are flat refusing to help in any way. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying a car from this dealer, they may sell you a car and you think you are getting a good deal but this was not the case for me. Even after contacting Peugeot UK regarding our complaint would still refuse to help so we were advised to use another dealer! Shocking from both Arthur Prince and Peugeot. I will never, ever buy from, or endorse this company again.
