Bought an Arnage from Arun Car Specialists. It ran out of petrol by the bottom of the hill, a few hundred yards, although I had spent nearly £40k on the car. Their contempt for customer is extraordinary. I had handed over a jaguar with a full tank! On the way home having got some petrol (only six miles) the car was like a disco with every warning light going off. the official Bentley dealer found the brakes were illegal. Steer clear......

Thank you for your review however we think you may have the wrong garage? We have checked our records and have not sold a Bentley Arnage for over a year and certainly not in November 2018 when you posted your review? We do however have a Bentley garage less than a mile from us and so there may be some confusion? Of course we take any complaints very seriously and if I have missed something then please call either myself or our Service Department on 01798 874477.
I bought my DB7 from Arun Independent Jaguar in April 2017 complete with new MOT. 600 miles later I applied for a new MOT at my local garage who found it dangerous to drive because of badly worn bushes on the steering. Which I have seen for myself ! There is no way that these bushes have got that bad in 600 miles I would not go there again.

Thank you for your review, all of which we take very seriously. I have looked into the MOT History of this car and note that it was independently MOT tested before handover in April 2017. Whilst your mileage was low it was some17 months later that the car was next tested and subsequently failed on a suspension bush. Please note that these are rubber and will deteriorate over time regardless of mileage covered. With this in mind we would certainly have appreciated the chance to assist - we have a full service centre with trained technicians who look after many Astons for clients and a suspension bush is a very simple fix.
