Shocking service. Very dishonest establishment, they say they changed business name in Dec 23 and are no longer VAT registered, no legal documents given at time of sale, the owner has appauling attitude seems to think he is better than most yet has 2 failed business, so he isnt that good. i was going to buy something but had a lucky escape as someone i know knew the goings on here, it looks like they are just cowboys doing things they shouldnt, be interesting if they are even allowed to be trading. Avoid! Oh and if you do look at caravans or motohomes take a damp metre

I WOULD NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN I bought a van the staff were not at all helpful just gave me the keys to look around with no help or Information It took six days from purchase for the van to be ready for pickup when I got the van it was filthy cobwebs hanging off both wing mirrors it had never been washed it took me a day and a half to clean the van .when I informed the staff they just said it had been noted I have been told I have a warranty with the van but have yet to receive the email to verify this

Staff are rude and unhelpful, i called in to look at a couple of caravans, there was no one around to help, when i did manage to find a bloke he was rude and made me feel like i was in the way. Prices are steep however the place itself is dated and its like rewinding 20years, they clearly have no idea of running a successful business

If you buy a car from their lovely, friendly salesman. The chances are they will tell you a pack of lies about the condition of the vehicle & what work they have done to it. So I was you, knowing what I know now. I wouldn't buy anything from them. As if they have said they have done work to the car they've sold you. Ashington Cars & Commercials will probably br lying. So not that friendly at all.
