I have gone to Small Claims Court for my money back after complete silence after buying a faulty van. In breach of Consumer Protection Act. Avoid.

We have had the same problem part exchanged our family car for a van along with money told van was mot and we would not be disappointed, what a joke!! the van had loads of problems with it showed online it was mot took it to our own garage which showed nothing had been done so how the hell it could have been legally mot is beyond me. Also still no mot as they said they would post it out!! Also still no log book been sent off like they said they would now we having loads of fines for a car we no longer own which one of them is probably driving around in!!!!! Phoned them loads of time just kept palming us off with different stories recon they was gonna send a mechanic out and they didn’t, handbrake completely naffed and dangerous gearbox on way out immaculate van my backside!! Avoid at all costs do not do business with these.

terrible place and horrible people to deal with, paid a deposit I then arranged a courier to go collect the van, the courier arrives the van wasn't there , they pampered the courier and promised to leave him a 5 star review if he did for them ( which he did!!! he's been reported for providing a false review) although he left with no van. so I paid for courier and lost that money I then got told by one of the men that they hadn't received my payment although I provided proof that I had paid through the bank. I then get ignored and ignored by them and was given a load of ridiculous excuses and they even tried to say I was scamming them!!!! I had the proof id paid but when I requested they send me proof that they hadn't received the money they refused. so no van and no money! I then get told i'll be blocked if I called again and to stop pestering them. avoid at all costs!! they now trade under the name THE VAN HUB BRISTOL SAME ADDRESS AS VANS 24-7 AND ASHTON AUTO CENTRE, SAME PEOPLE!

Ashton Auto Centre is now trading as Vans24-7 from same address and doing exactly the same again..........this man must be stopped he has just done a family member out of £1k for an illegal / dangerous van......avoid Vans 24-7 at all costs.

Ashton Auto Centre advertises on eBay and gumtree with email address kasreh7860@. Paid a deposit on a vehicle only to find on collection (after a three hour drive) it had failed MOT and there was no chance it was ever going to be legal to drive! Seller failed to refund deposit and made up so many excuses!!!! Do not buy from this seller! Located in Ashton vale road in Bristol.

Avoid Ashton Auto Centre like the plague. They took my money for the car and delivery, but failed to meet with their end of the contract... They gave me lame, unimaginative tales of woe - all lies. The car's central locking suddenly wasn't working, nor was the radio and he'd some how lost the V5 when the car was described as immaculate, superb and mint, ready to drive away. I,ll be speaking with the fraud division of Avon & Somerset police later this day. For those of us who have been robbed by these people, I'd advise we all do the same; the more complaints to the police, the better - can't allow others to go through the same as we have.

Ashton Auto Centre offered the worst service I have ever experienced. It’s a very long story involving oil leaks, engine warning lights, not honouring the guarantee, lying about being in hospital, playing good cop-bad cop but i think it was the same person! Absolutely nothing was sorted out for me despite hilarious promises and excuses. To this day I still don’t have the paperwork so can’t get tax!!

Do not use Ashton Auto Centre as they sold me a dodgy car. Don't answer you phone calls etc etc etc. complete and utter ...........!!!!!! Keep well clear!

Having driven down from Worcester we found a van we liked and agreed a straight swap for our immaculate little mini Cooper. Work was needs on the van and it was agreed they'd do it and call us when done and ready t collect. We have called and txt'd them continuously with either promises of them calling back, which they never have and msgs have been ignored. Their customer service is total rubbish, no way to run a business at all. Would we recommend them No, especially having now read other reviews.
