Bought a car from Ashton Quality Cars and within 1 hour of driving the car away it broke. It wouldn’t start I rang the company and they where no help just kept saying it worked when you left! Was rude to my husband when he called. We took it to numerous garages to find out what the problem was. After a lengthy phone call we told them the problem and they said they found the part for £30 and would refund us £50 to fix it. They didn’t offer to fix it themselves. The quote we got was a lot more than what they offered we had the work done and sent the receipt to them to ask for the full refund for work done. They refused to do that and sent me a very rude email pretty much saying the will give me the rest of the refund but I have to take the car back to them as they have someone else who wants it! Very unprofessional company would advise to stay away!!!

Bought a car 8/8/19 was going in for brakes on the monday ,sunday the clutch went it was in garage for 5 days still the same. Got three independent reports on it the car was not fit to be on the road was paying 5000 for car fought this and took the car back. Do not buy from Ashton Quality Cars,what a rip off.

Drove 80 miles to buy the car I was looking for. I did not mind the 80 miles as it was just what I was after as a good price. It looked good on the internet. I arived on time after a phone call to them. I went into the office to be told it was unlocked. The seller was on the phone. I looked around it and you could say it had been well used. I went back into the seller into the office. The seller was still on the phone. After waiting he was still on the phone. As he did not wan't to help I took my cash to another garage and had a pleasant and good buy. Thank you for not helping.
