Due to unforeseen circumstances the car malfunctioned and needed repair.. Lee handled the situation great, booked car into garage immediately - was able to supply me with loan car and when the purchase car was unable to be repaired satisfactory there was no messing about with return of monies. Great service by the business - just a shame that it did not end with win win all round.

For a while my partner had been lusting after a Range Rover sport we had looked all over and realised we couldn’t find a good example for our budget until alistair rang to say we had a potential new vehicle. It was the year we wanted spec we wanted in fantastic condition and very reasonable on the price upon viewing I mentioned to lee my partner always wanted a rr sport with a big red bow after a short wait for the car to have a full service new mot and new tyres the day arrived and we were greeted with the best car we have ever owned with a big red bow on it great service would highly recommend and went the extra mile to source our car and her bow. financed a car back in August (STILL advertised for sale) was the worst mistake I made! The car seemed absolutely lovely when viewing and test driving. However, came to the car being delivered and I had instant faults and nothing but problems and FALSE information. Had a “mechanic” come to my property and check the car, solved a part that wasn’t broke. The car then continued to have issues so I sent it back for further testing and repairs! Didn’t seem like they had a clue what was wrong so told them to keep the car. I never got compensated for all the messing around and money I’d spent on the car in the FEW DAYS I had it. I then found out all the information for the car given to me was INCORRECT. “1 owner” log book says 5. “No advisories” a fair few. “41,000 miles on clock” done 42,000 when I VIEWED it let alone what’s been put on since! Would never recommend ASJ Drummond.
