OVER A YEAR LATER STILL NOT RECEIVED THE V5 - atrocious and probably verging on being illegal - all phone numbers are switched off

Arranged to see a car, when I got on the train and advised i was messed around put on hold. This company is terrible, they agreed to reimburse me for my ticket from London to Milton Keynes. After being passed around i was advised that the car had been sold, However they had agreed to sell it to me with finance arranged.

Took my deposit and never gave it back even though 3 staff members said I would get it back

I bought my car over two years ago and it has never let me down or given me any trouble. It has sailed through 2 MoT's since purchase and I couldn't be happier. I'll certainly visit again for my next car. I would recommend due diliegence when looking and get an RAC inspection if you think the car is not up to scratch or you have doubts.

Bought a car from them in August 2019 and it had an MOT renewed by them. It clearly had an oil leak and a faulty brake calliper when they sold it to me. Word of caution when looking at their cars for sale. Would definitely avoid ASM Performance.

Bought a Fiat 500 in March 2019 on finance from ASM Performance. In August it broke down RAC unable to repair it as needed a new gearbox, £900 later and it broke down a week from collecting it. Garage in Baldock we’re fab and literally took the whole car apart couldn’t find fault., few eeeks lasted it broke down again i needed a new key fob as mobiliser wasn’t registering, a further £300 later and it drove for a week or so before breaking down again this time needing a new battery! £200, plus by this time I needed an mot (new wheel, break light switch need I go on?) and low and behold it breaks down once again!! RAC contacted (they are on speed dial at this point!) I now needed a another new break light switch!! Contacts garage this week so inform then that I am now going to have to get a loan to repay my finance and pay off this car that I no longer have! They’re response? “Sorry love” .....if anyone reading this can help me I would be so very grateful, considering contacting trade standards? Is it worth it? Stay Clear...!

brought a vehicle from this so called high end garage. after a couple of days warning lights appeared on dash.contacted garage to tell them problem.Returned car to be fixed, all they did was cancel lights with laptop,said car is ok. lights came on again.Rang garage several times with NO response.HAD to take car to a proper garage for repair

Please do your research on asm performance. Friendly staff until you leave with a car!! 2 months of stress chasing Amir and Umar to send things for my car they promised. Trading standards involved, cars gone back, finance company not happy with them!!

Bought car from them was happy at first, later to find fault after fault with it. When I part exchanged my car they pulled it apart and scored it down for things that it never even left the factory with! Tried to make contact with garage since and never getting through to who I want to speak to. Even countless emails

Do not buy your car from ASM Performance they are dodgy they sold me a vehicle with no service history. Timing chain fault and a faulty diff. Took the car back to there garage they fitted a faulty diff and they ignore my calls. Totally out of order
